Assembly Steps
Follow these steps for assembling your TOOLPORT PROFESSIONAL tent.
Step 1: Frame Layout
Diagram shows the initial frame structure being laid out. It depicts the connection of various poles and connectors, highlighting key connection points and angles (110°, 140°). Overall dimensions such as 1920mm, 1165mm, and 2000mm are indicated for reference.
Step 2: Frame Assembly (Part 1)
Illustrates the assembly of frame sections. This step involves connecting Ø25mm poles (items 30518, 30517) using M6 bolts (items 33413, 33416) and M8 bolts (items 33417, 33418, 30535) with their respective nuts.
Step 3: Frame Assembly (Part 2)
Details the connection of Ø25mm poles (items 30518, 30517) with specific lengths (448mm and 1233mm) using the appropriate fasteners.
Step 4: Frame Assembly (Part 3)
Shows the assembly of frame sections using M8 bolts (items 33418, 30535) and Ø50mm poles (item 35127) with a length of 1483mm.
Step 5: Attaching Roof Panels
Depicts the process of unfolding and attaching the tent's fabric roof panels to the assembled frame. Arrows indicate the upward movement of the panels into position.

Step 7: Frame Assembly (Part 5)
Similar to Step 6, this step shows connections using M8 bolts and Ø50mm poles, reinforcing the frame structure.
Step 8: Frame Assembly (Part 6)
Details the use of M8 bolts (items 33418, 30535) with Ø50mm poles (item 35127) for frame construction.
Step 9: Frame Assembly (Part 7)
Shows assembly using M6 bolts (items 33414, 33415, 30407) with Ø25mm poles (item 35113, length 1408mm) and component 31717.
Step 10: Frame Assembly (Part 8)
Illustrates the assembly process involving M8 bolts and Ø50mm poles (item 35126), contributing to the overall tent structure.
Step 11: Frame Assembly (Part 9)
Depicts the final stages of frame assembly using M8 bolts (items 33417, 33418, 30535) with various poles and brackets (items 30222, 31133, 30048, 35355), showing specific connection details.
Step 12: Attaching Accessories
Shows the attachment of additional components such as items 30051, 31717, and 32670 to the tent frame.
Step 13: Securing Mechanisms
Provides detailed views (A, B, C, D) of how to operate and secure components, specifically focusing on the use of item 31717, likely a tensioning or locking mechanism.
Step 14: Final Securing and Tensioning
Depicts the final securing of the tent's fabric panels using straps and fasteners (items 30085, 30047, 30044). A checkmark symbol [✔️] indicates a correct attachment method, while a cross symbol [❌] indicates an incorrect method.
