Warranty Information
Warranty Term
All Taramps products undergo rigorous evaluations during construction and packaging. If any abnormality is detected upon opening the package, it must be sent to an authorized service station or directly to the factory if no technician is available in the region. Each product requires a technical evaluation to identify and prove any defect.
The product carries a warranty of 15 (fifteen) months from the invoice date, in addition to the 90-day legal warranty as per Brazilian consumer protection code (Law No. 8078/90, article 26, item II).
Warranty Conditions
The product must be installed correctly by a specialized professional, adhering to its characteristics.
The warranty is void if:
- The warranty period of 15 months is exceeded.
- Damage is caused by transport or handling accidents, or humidity.
- Defects result from improper installation.
- Malfunctions occur in product parts (e.g., torn cone/dust cap, bent or broken speaker housing).
- Coils are burned out due to excessive power or extreme distortion, causing heating above 240°C.
Warranty Coverage
- Taramps guarantees its products against any defect in material or manufacturing process, provided it is found defective under normal conditions of use by authorized technicians.
- The product must retain its original label with the serial number.
- To claim warranty service, the customer must present the invoice and the warranty term, both containing the product's serial number.
Transport
Transportation expenses for products covered under warranty will be paid by Taramps. For products not covered by warranty, transportation costs are the customer's responsibility.
Warranty Certificate
A warranty certificate section is provided for filling out customer and dealer details, along with the invoice number.
