Warranty Information
Taramps products undergo rigorous evaluations during production. If any abnormality is detected upon opening the package, the product should be sent to an authorized service station or directly to the factory if no authorized technician is available locally. All products must undergo technical evaluation to identify and prove any defects.
Warranty Period
The product warranty is 15 months from the invoice date, in addition to the 90-day legal warranty as per article 26, item II, of law No. 8078/90 (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code).
Warranty Conditions:
- The product must be installed correctly by a specialized professional, respecting product characteristics.
- Warranty is void if:
- The 15-month period is exceeded.
- Damage is caused by transport, handling accidents, or humidity.
- Defects result from improper installation.
- Product parts malfunction (e.g., torn cone/dust cap, bent or broken housing).
- Coils are burned due to excessive power or extreme distortion, causing heating above 240°C.
Warranty Coverage:
- Taramps guarantees products against defects in material or manufacturing under normal use conditions, as determined by authorized technicians.
- The product must retain its original label with the serial number.
- To claim warranty service, the customer must present the invoice and warranty term, both including the product's serial number.
Transport Costs:
Transportation expenses are covered only for products falling under warranty terms. Otherwise, transportation costs are the customer's responsibility.
