EJEAS V4 Plus Bluetooth Intercom System

Product Description

The EJEAS V4 Plus is a Bluetooth intercom communication system designed for helmets.

Installation Guide

1. Attach the clip to the edge of the helmet.
2. Mount the intercom onto the clip.
3. Use the magic sticker inside the helmet.
4. Organize any loose wires and tuck them inside the helmet lining.

Operation Guide

Key Operations

• Click: Single press of a button.
• Double Click: Press a button twice in quick succession.
• Press for 5s: Press and hold a button for 5 seconds.
• Press for 5s Simultaneously: Press and hold two buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.

Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Power/Phone button for 1 second. You will hear a prompt and the indicator light will flash blue slowly (standby mode).
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power/Phone button until the light turns off.

Battery Level Check

• Press and hold the A and + buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The system will announce the battery level: "Battery Level High", "Battery Level Medium", or "Battery Level Low".

Battery Status

• Low Battery Warning: Rapid flashing red light. Announcement: "Low Battery".
• Charging: Solid red light.
• Fully Charged: Red light turns off.

Volume Control

You can adjust the volume using the '+' and '-' buttons. FM and intercom volume can be used simultaneously.

When using FM and intercom simultaneously, you can control the FM volume.

Restore Factory Settings

Press and hold the Volume Up (+), Volume Down (-), and Phone buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The indicator lights will flash red and blue three times, and you will hear the prompt "Restore Default Settings".

Dialog Pairing

Pairing Two Devices

1. Press and hold the A button on Device 1 and the B button on Device 2 for 5 seconds. The red and blue lights will flash alternately.
2. The system will start searching and automatically match. Matching successful.
3. Once connected, a call will be initiated.

Pairing Three Devices

1. Connect Device 1 and Device 2 as described above.
2. Press and hold the A button on Device 2 and the B button on Device 3 for 5 seconds. The red and blue lights will flash alternately.
3. The system will start searching and automatically match. Matching successful.
4. Click the A button on Device 1. (Blue light flashes once and stays on for 2 seconds).
5. Once connected, a call will be initiated.

Reconnecting After Disconnection

Reconnect after disconnecting or powering off.

• To connect Device 3, click the A button on Device 2.
• To connect Device 1, click the B button on Device 2.
• To connect devices individually (e.g., 1&2 or 2&3): Blue light flashes once and stays on for 2 seconds.
• To connect devices 1, 2, and 3 simultaneously: Blue light flashes twice and stays on for 2 seconds.

Disconnecting a Conversation

• Press and hold the Phone button for 1 second to end a call.

Compatibility with Older Devices

Pairing with Older Devices

1. Press and hold the Volume Down (-) button and the A button on V4 Plus for 5 seconds. Press the B button on V4 for 3 seconds. The red and blue lights will flash alternately. Matching successful.
2. Click the A button on V4 Plus.

Pairing with Other Older Devices

1. Press and hold the Volume Down (-) button and the B button on V4 Plus for 5 seconds. Press the A button on V4 for 3 seconds. The red and blue lights will flash alternately.
2. Click the A button on V4. (Blue light flashes). Matching successful.
3. Click the B button on V4 Plus.

Bluetooth Pairing (HFP-AG)

1. Press and hold the Volume Up (+) button and the A button on V4 Plus for 5 seconds. The red and blue lights will flash alternately.
2. Open the Bluetooth search mode on other devices that support HFP.
3. Click "Connect" on the A button.

Bluetooth Pairing (HFP-HF)

1. Press and hold the Volume Up (+) button and the B button on V4 Plus for 5 seconds. The red and blue lights will flash alternately.
2. Open the Bluetooth search mode on other devices that support HFP.
3. Click "Connect" on the B button.

Phone Pairing

1. In standby mode, press the Phone button for 5 seconds. "Phone Pairing" prompt. The red and blue lights will flash alternately.
2. Open Bluetooth on your mobile phone and click on the device.
3. Connection successful. Blue light flashes twice slowly. "Pairing Successful" prompt.

The current power status will be displayed with a Bluetooth icon on your mobile phone (mobile phone must support HFP).

Bluetooth and Phone Reconnection: Automatic reconnection.

Call Control

Answering a Call

If there is no operation within 8 seconds, the call will be answered automatically.

Rejecting a Call

Press the Phone button for 2 seconds.

Last Number Redial

Double-click the Phone button.

Ending a Call

Press the Phone button.

Call Priority

When listening to Music/FM/Intercom, if a call is received:

• During Call: Music/FM/Intercom will be interrupted.
• After Call: Music/FM/Intercom will resume.

Voice Assistant

Your mobile phone must support voice assistant to use this feature.

1. Open the voice assistant.
2. Press the Phone button for 1 second.

Music Control

Play/Pause

Press the Phone button.

Switching Tracks

• Previous Track: Press the A button for 2 seconds.
• Next Track: Press the B button for 2 seconds.

Radio (FM)

FM Radio On/Off

Frequency range: 76-108MHz. The system will automatically search and play radio stations.

• Turn On FM: Press the FM button for 1 second. (4 seconds blue light, flashes red twice). Prompt: "FM radio".
• Turn Off FM: Press the FM button for 1 second. Prompt: "FM radio off".

Switching Channels

• Previous Channel: Press the A button for 2 seconds.
• Next Channel: Press the B button for 2 seconds.

EUC Remote Control (Optional)

Button Description

Remote Control Connection

1. Press and hold the FM button and Volume Down (-) button for 5 seconds to clear the EUC pairing record. The red and blue lights will light up.
2. Press and hold the Phone button and B button on V4 Plus for 5 seconds. "Remote Control Pairing" prompt. The red and blue lights will flash alternately.
3. Click any button on the EUC.
4. Connection successful. "Pairing Successful" prompt. (Pairing is successful within 2 minutes, and the matching status will end automatically.)
