- For optimal safety, follow the provided guidelines.
- If experiencing difficulties, disconnect the device and contact Razer support or visit support.razer.com.
- Do not disassemble the device (voids warranty) or attempt to operate with abnormal power.
- Keep away from liquids and humidity. Operate between 0°C (32°F) and 40°C (104°F). If temperatures exceed limits, power off/unplug to stabilize.
- Avoid direct laser exposure to eyes. The laser is not visible to the naked eye and has an Always-On mode.
Comfort
Prolonged repetitive movements, incorrect posture, and bad habits can lead to physical discomfort and injury. Follow these instructions for maximum comfort:
- Position your keyboard and screen directly in front of you, with the mouse to the side.
- Keep elbows at your sides, not too far out, and your keyboard within reach.
- Adjust chair and desk height so the keyboard and mouse are at or below elbow level.
- Keep feet supported, upright, and shoulders relaxed.
- Relax your wrist during gameplay, keeping it straight. Avoid prolonged bending, extending, or twisting.
- Do not rest wrists on hard surfaces for extended periods. Use a wrist rest.
- Customize keyboard keys to suit your playstyle to reduce repetitive or uncomfortable movements.

- If experiencing physical discomfort (pain, numbness, tingling in hands, wrists, elbows, neck, or back), consult a medical professional immediately.
Maintenance and Care
The Razer Cobra Hyperspeed requires minimal maintenance. Once a month, disconnect the device and clean it with a soft cloth or cotton swab to prevent dirt buildup. Do not use soap or harsh cleaning products.
For optimal movement and control, Razer strongly recommends a premium Razer mousepad. Certain surfaces may wear down the mouse feet, requiring eventual replacement. The Razer Cobra Hyperspeed is optimized for Razer mousepads, with the sensor tested for superior tracking on them.
