Salus T105 / T105RF Digital Programmable Thermostat
User Guide
Introduction
The T105/T105RF is a programmable, weekly regulator designed to control room temperature in heating or cooling systems. Please read this manual carefully before first use. Use only AA 1.5V alkaline batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries. Batteries should be placed in the battery slot located inside the thermostat.

Thermostat Features
LCD Icon Description and Button Functions
1. Day of the week indicator
2. Clock
3. Antifrost Mode: Activated by holding down and buttons simultaneously. Maintains a 7°C temperature (heating mode only). Exits when any button is pressed.
4. Low battery indicator
5. Temperature unit
6. Room/setpoint temperature
7. Program timeline indicator
8. Program number
9. Temporary override: Allows temporary adjustment of the set temperature.
10. Eco Mode: Sets an economical temperature.
11. Comfort Mode: Sets a comfortable temperature.
12. Controlled device working status (e.g., boiler)
Buttons:
- 13. Decrease: Decreases temperature or parameter value.
- 14. Increase: Increases temperature or parameter value.
- 15. Economic/Comfort Temperature: Switches between economic and comfort temperatures.
- 16. LCD Backlight: Activates the display backlight.
- 17. Temperature setpoint: Sets the desired temperature.
- 18. Weekly programming: Accesses the programming menu.
- 19. Time set: Sets the current time.
- 20. Restore factory settings: Resets the thermostat to default settings.
Programming
Setting Time
Press the button. Use the or buttons to set the day of the week, then the hour, and finally the minutes. Press or wait 10 seconds to confirm.
Setting Economic/Comfort Temperature
Press the button. Use the or buttons to adjust the temperature. The display will show the currently set temperature. Press or wait 10 seconds to confirm.
Selecting Factory (1-6) and User (7-9) Programs
Press the button. Use the or buttons to select the program number (1-6 for factory, 7-9 for user-defined) for the selected day(s). You can program each day separately, business days and weekend (5+2), or the whole week (7). Press to confirm.
Auto-Adapt Feature
This function adjusts the heating device's operation to ensure the comfort temperature is reached at the specified time. The auto-adapt feature activates when the room temperature is lower than the comfort temperature in the upcoming program. The pre-heating time, ranging from 10 to 50 minutes, depends on the temperature difference. A larger difference results in earlier activation.
Antifrost Mode
Simultaneously hold down the and buttons to activate the 7°C Antifrost Mode (heating only). This mode remains active until the next scheduled program change. To exit, press any button.
Service Parameters
Service parameters can be adjusted using DIP switches numbered 1-3 located inside the thermostat.
- DIP Switch #3: Selects Heating (ON) or Cooling (OFF) mode.
- DIP Switches #1 and #2: Adjust hysteresis (span). Possible values are 0.4°C, 0.8°C, and 1.4°C.
Changing the Communication Code (T105RF)
To prevent interference from other wireless devices, it is recommended to change the factory communication code. Use DIP switches numbered 1-5 inside the thermostat. Set the DIP switches randomly, ensuring they are in the same position on both the receiver and transmitter. After changing the code, press the RESET button on the thermostat to register the new code.
Wiring Diagrams
T105 Wiring Diagram
The diagram shows the thermostat connected to a heating system. Terminals are labeled L, N, COM, and M. The receiver (RXRT505) is shown connected to the thermostat and the heating system.
T105RF Wiring Diagram
The diagram illustrates the wireless connection between the T105RF thermostat and the RXRT505 receiver. The thermostat connects to the receiver via radio frequency, and the receiver is wired to the heating system.
