Common Problems
Question: Why is my device showing as "Offline"?
Answer: A newly added device needs 1 to 2 minutes to connect to Wi-Fi and the network. If it remains offline for a long time, evaluate these issues based on the status of the green Wi-Fi indicator:
-
Green Wi-Fi indicator flashes rapidly once per second: The switch failed to connect to the Wi-Fi network.
- You might have entered the wrong Wi-Fi password.
- The distance between the switch and the router is too large, or the environment causes interference. Consider moving it closer to the router. If unsuccessful, try adding it again.
- 5G Wi-Fi is not supported; only 2.4GHz wireless networks are supported.
- MAC address filtering might be enabled. Please disable it.
If none of the above methods resolve the issue, you can open the mobile data network on your phone, create a Wi-Fi hotspot, and then add the device again.
-
Green indicator flashes rapidly twice per second: The device connected to the Wi-Fi network but failed to connect to the server.
Ensure a sufficiently stable network. If double flashing occurs frequently, it indicates you are accessing an unstable network, not a product issue. If the network is normal, try turning off the power and restarting the switch.
