Common Problems
Q: Why does my device remain "Offline"?
A: A recently added device needs 1-2 minutes to connect to Wi-Fi and the network. If it remains offline for a longer period, consider these issues based on the green Wi-Fi indicator status:
1. Green Wi-Fi indicator flashes rapidly once per second (switch failed to connect to Wi-Fi network):
- 1. You may have entered the Wi-Fi password incorrectly.
- 2. The distance between the switch and the router may be too large, or the environment may cause interference. Consider moving closer to the router. If this fails, add it again.
- 3. Wi-Fi 5G is not supported; only 2.4GHz wireless networks are supported.
- 4. MAC address filtering may be enabled. Please disable it.
If none of the above methods solve the problem, try using your phone's mobile data to create a Wi-Fi hotspot and add the device again.
Green indicator flashes rapidly twice per second (device connected to Wi-Fi, but failed to connect to server):
Ensure a sufficiently stable network. Frequent double flashes may indicate an unstable network, not a product issue. If the network is normal, try turning off the power and restarting the switch.
