Safety Precautions
Congratulations on your purchase of this Power Dynamics product. Please read this manual thoroughly prior to using the unit to benefit fully from all features.
Follow the instructions to avoid invalidating the warranty. Take all precautions to avoid fire and/or electrical shock. Repairs must only be carried out by a qualified technician.
- Consult a specialist before using the unit. A slight smell may occur upon first use, which is normal and will disappear.
- The unit contains voltage-carrying parts; do NOT open the housing.
- Do not place metal objects or pour liquids into the unit, as this may cause electrical shock and malfunction.
- Do not place the unit near heat sources (radiators) or on vibrating surfaces. Do not cover ventilation holes.
- The unit is not suitable for continuous use.
- Be careful with the mains lead; do not damage it. A faulty lead can cause electrical shock or malfunction.
- When unplugging, always pull the plug, never the lead.
- Do not plug or unplug with wet hands.
- If the plug or mains lead is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified technician.
- If the unit is damaged such that internal parts are visible, do NOT plug it in or switch it on. Contact your dealer.
- All repairs should be performed by a qualified technician only.
- Connect to an earthed mains outlet (220-240Vac/50Hz) protected by a 10-16A fuse.
- During thunderstorms or if the unit will not be used for a long period, unplug it from the mains. Rule: Unplug when not in use.
- If the unit has not been used for a long time, condensation may occur. Let it reach room temperature before switching on.
- Follow applicable guidelines and instructions to prevent accidents in companies.
- Do not repeatedly switch the unit on and off; this shortens its lifetime.
- Keep out of reach of children. Do not leave the unit unattended.
- Do not use cleaning sprays on switches; residues can cause dust and grease buildup. Seek specialist advice for malfunctions.
- Do not force controls.
- This unit may cause a magnetic field due to the speaker. Keep it at least 60cm away from computers or TVs.
- If the product has a lead-acid rechargeable battery, recharge it every 3 months if not used for a long period to prevent permanent damage. Replace damaged batteries with identical specifications and dispose of them environmentally.
- If the unit has fallen, have it checked by a qualified technician before switching it on again.
- Do not use chemicals to clean the unit; they can damage the finish. Clean only with a dry cloth.
- Keep away from electronic equipment that may cause interference.
- Use only original spare parts for repairs to avoid serious damage and/or dangerous radiation.
- Switch off the unit before unplugging it from the mains or other equipment. Unplug all leads and cables before moving the unit.
- Ensure the mains lead cannot be damaged by people walking on it. Check the mains lead for damages before every use.
- The mains voltage is 220-240Vac/50Hz. Check if your power outlet matches. If traveling, ensure the country's mains voltage is suitable.
- Keep original packing material for safe transport.

The unit is CE certified. Modifications are prohibited and will invalidate the CE certificate and guarantee.
NOTE: For normal operation, use the unit in rooms with temperatures between 5°C/41°F and 35°C/95°F.
Electric products must not be disposed of with household waste. Bring them to a recycling center. Consult local authorities or your dealer. Specifications are typical and may vary slightly between units. Specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
Do not attempt self-repairs; this voids the warranty. Do not modify the unit; this also voids the warranty. The warranty is void in case of accidents, damages from misuse, or disregard of warnings. Unpacking Instructions
CAUTION! Immediately upon receiving, carefully unpack the carton and check contents for completeness and good condition. Notify the shipper immediately of any shipping damage or mishandling and retain packing material for inspection. If the product must be returned, it is important to use the original factory box and packing.
If the device has been exposed to drastic temperature fluctuations (e.g., after transportation), do not switch it on immediately. Condensation may damage the device. Leave the device switched off until it reaches room temperature.
Mounting the Speakers
Refer to the back of the manual for detailed illustrations.
- Unscrew the two bolts securing the bracket to the speaker.
- Attach the bracket to a suitable surface using the provided screws and washers.
- Screw the two loosened bolts back in, securing the speaker to the bracket.
- Pull off the left side rear cover to expose the terminal connector block. Connect the speaker to the amplifier output (Black = negative pole / Red = positive pole). Ensure the audio system is turned off before making any connection.
Connection Examples
Standard 2 loudspeaker setup: Connect the amplifier output to two 8Ω speakers wired in parallel, resulting in a 4Ω load.
Parallel 4 loudspeaker setup: Connect the amplifier output to four 8Ω speakers. The diagram shows two sets of two speakers each, with each pair wired in parallel to achieve a 4Ω load, connected to the amplifier. This configuration presents two 4Ω loads to the amplifier.
Series parallel 4 loudspeaker mono setup: Connect the amplifier output to four 8Ω speakers. Two speakers are wired in series (16Ω), and these two series pairs are then wired in parallel, resulting in an 8Ω load.
