The Victrola VC-250 is a bedside clock radio designed for convenience and ease of use. It features a clear LED display, FM radio functionality, and alarm settings.

Operation

Powering On/Off

  1. Connect the Micro USB cable to the Wall Adapter (included) and then to the Micro USB Power Port on the back of the unit.
  2. Connect the Wall Adapter to the nearest power outlet. The Power Indicator light will turn red.
  3. Press the Standby button to power on the unit. The LED Display will show "LoAd" and then "00:00".
  4. Press and hold the Standby button to power off the unit.

Clock Set Up

  1. Press Standby to power on; the display shows "LoAd".
  2. Long press the SET button to choose between the 24-hour and 12-hour time systems.
  3. Press the SET button. The hour digits will flash. Use the Previous/Next buttons to adjust the hour. Press SET again to confirm the hour.
  4. After the hour is confirmed, the minute digits will flash. Repeat the same steps to set the minute value.
  5. Press SET again to return to Standby mode, or the unit will automatically return to standby mode in 10 seconds.

Alarm Clock

Setting Alarms

  1. Press Standby until the display shows "ALA1".
  2. Press the Previous/Next buttons to select between the four available alarms: "AL1", "AL2", "AL3", and "AL4".
  3. After selecting an alarm, press the SET button. Then, use the Previous/Next buttons to choose the alarm mode:
    • "OFF": The alarm is deactivated.
    • "bEEP": The alarm will sound with a beeping tone.
    • "rad": The alarm sound will be the previously selected FM station.
  4. To set the alarm time: The hour digits will flash. Use the Previous/Next buttons to adjust the hour. Press SET again to confirm. After the hour is confirmed, the minute digits will flash. Repeat the steps to set the minute value.
  5. After completing these steps, press SET once more to confirm.
  6. Press the Standby button twice to return to Standby mode.
  7. In Standby mode, press the Alarm button to turn all alarms ON or OFF. Note: The alarm icons will disappear when alarms are turned off.

Snooze or Stop Alarms

  1. When the alarm sounds, press any button (except Snooze) to stop the alarm.
  2. When you press Snooze, the display will show a snooze icon, and the alarm icon will flash. After 5 minutes, the alarm will sound again.

FM Radio

  1. Press Standby twice to enter FM mode. The display will show the radio frequency, and the FM icon will light up (this may take a few seconds). Note: After a few seconds, the display will automatically show the time if no buttons are pressed.
  2. Press the Conversion Key, and the display will show "FrE" to manually tune the radio.
    • Press the Previous/Next buttons to manually tune the frequency in 0.1MHz increments to find a station.
    • Press and hold the Previous/Next buttons to scan for the nearest FM stations in reception.

Note: For best reception, fully extend the antenna located on the back of the unit.

Program Preset Stations

The unit allows you to save up to 20 preset FM radio stations.

  1. In FM mode, first select the desired radio station. Then, long press the SET button to save the current station. "P01" will flash on the LED Display. Use the Previous/Next buttons to choose the desired preset position (P01 to P20). Long press the SET button to confirm and exit. Repeat this process for all 20 presets.
  2. Press the SET button to select from the saved stations, cycling from P01 to P20.

Adjusting Volume

  1. Press the Conversion Key button to enter volume adjustment mode; the display will show "VOL".
  2. Press the Previous/Next buttons to increase or decrease the volume level.

Radio Sleep Timer

  1. Long press the Brightness button to set the sleep function: OFF / S 15 / S 30 / S 45 / S 60 / S 90 / S 120.
  2. The "SLEEP" icon on the LED Display will be lit. The radio will automatically power off after the selected duration (15, 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes). Select OFF to disable the sleep function.

Troubleshooting Guide

Innovative Technology Electronics LLC. (IT) warrants the product to be free from “Defects” in materials under normal use for a period of “One Year” from the date of the original purchase. The Warranty is “Not” transferable. IT agrees, within the initial "90 Day” period, to repair or replace the product if it is determined to be defective at “No Charge”. It is further agreed that IT will cover the cost to repair or replace damaged “Parts” only for a total period of “One Year” from the date of the original purchase. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, antennas, AC cords, cabinets, headbands, ear-pads, or damage due to line power surges, connection to improper voltage supply or settings, misuse, mishandling, accident, acts of God or attempted repair by an unauthorized service agent.

To obtain service, the purchaser MUST present an original sales receipt / proof of purchase. Please contact us at www.victrola.com to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number to return products for service or replacement. Returns without an RMA number on the package will be refused and returned to sender. Upon receipt of the returning item and our full inspection, IT may issue a replacement to the customer for the same item or one that has equivalent value and features. To return an item, supply full name, return address, phone number, item purchased, receipt of purchase, and reason for return to obtain an RMA number.

All returns must be in the original packaging or a reasonable substitute to prevent damage. Customer “Must” include full name, shipping address, and telephone number inside the package. No return will be shipped back to a PO Box or APO address.
