Appliance Overview

Installing the CLEAN IT Appliance

Transporting and Positioning the Appliance:

• Hold the appliance by the carrying handle.
• Always place the appliance on a solid, flat surface for use.
• Do not place the product on carpets with pile longer than 10 mm.

Filling the Water Tank:

1. Remove the clean water tank.
2. Open the water tank lid.
3. Fill the tank with cold water up to the mark, depending on the area to be cleaned (small/large area).
4. Pour the cleaning solution up to the indicated mark. Use only CLEAN IT cleaning solutions.
5. Close the lid and then replace the water tank on the appliance.

Connecting the Appliance and Unrolling the Hose:

1. Before use, completely unroll the power cord and plug it in.
2. Completely unroll the suction hose.

Using the CLEAN IT Appliance

Preparation:

• Tip: Perform a preliminary test on an inconspicuous part of the textile you wish to clean. You can find all recommendations on page 141.
• When the clean water tank is empty, turn off the unit before removing the tank to refill it.
• Turn on the appliance. Do not operate the appliance without the water tanks correctly fitted. Do not remove the tanks during operation.

Operation:

1. Attach the desired accessory to the end of the hose. You will hear a click when it is in place.
2. Spray the water/cleaning solution mixture onto the stain by pressing the trigger.
3. Brush and vacuum the surface to be cleaned from top to bottom. Repeat as necessary to clean the stain.

This appliance has four compatible cleaning accessories designed for various uses.

Accessories for Different Uses:

Maintaining the CLEAN IT Appliance

Emptying the Dirty Water Tank After Each Use:

1. Remove the dirty water tank.
2. Remove the lid, empty the water, then rinse the water tank and lid.
3. Close the lid and then replace the tank on the appliance.

Cleaning Various Product Components:

1. Remove the accessory from the end of the suction hose.
2. For the narrow and wide brushes: Remove the cap and rinse the accessory.
3. Use a clean, soft cloth to dry the accessory or let it air dry before reassembling the components.
4. Do not wash the water tanks or the product in the dishwasher.

Using the Auto-clean Accessory:

• Rinse the suction hose after use to prevent unpleasant odors and keep the appliance clean.
• Step 1: Attach the auto-clean accessory to the end of the multi-function suction hose.
• Step 2: Empty the dirty water tank if it is full.
• Step 3: Remove the clean water tank lid and place the auto-clean accessory in the lower part of the tank.
• Step 4: Press the start button and let the appliance run for 30 seconds to clean the suction hose.

Do not use chemicals or abrasive products to maintain the appliance.

Storing the CLEAN IT Appliance

1. Wrap the multi-function suction hose around the appliance.
2. Lock the suction trigger using the button to prevent water splashing.
3. Fix the end of the hose in its support.
4. Wrap the power cord around its support.
5. Store accessories in the storage bag*.

Place the appliance in a dry location.

Our Recommendations for Effective Stain Cleaning

• The more recent the stain, the more effective the cleaning will be.
• Do not put hot water in the clean water tank: the stain may set into the fabric.
• After spraying the water/cleaning solution mixture onto the stain, let it act for a few minutes before vacuuming.
• To prevent circles or color changes after drying, it is recommended to treat the entire area around the stain, not just the stain itself.
• Before cleaning, remove excess dirt with a cloth.
