- Use only original GGM Gastro GmbH spare parts for replacements.
- The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by improper mounting or connection.
Rules of Operation
- Read the Operation Manual carefully before first operation.
- Use the equipment only in its mounted state to avoid contact with electric-conducting parts.
- Use the appliance only under a hood and on a flat surface. Ensure adequate ventilation according to local fire and safety regulations.
- Be aware that using other appliances simultaneously may cause negative effects (heat, fat, vapor) which could void the warranty.
- Use the appliance only for grilling Doner kebab meat. It must be used by trained personnel familiar with the installation, operation, and maintenance instructions.
- The manufacturer is not responsible for defects or damages arising from misuse.
Protecting Appliance against Damage
- Protect the Heater Mechanism On-Off Key (3) and Motor Body (4) from impacts during installation.
- Caution: Surfaces of the Fixed Frame, Skewer, Upper-Skewer Lock Mechanism, and Sledge Profile can be hot, posing a burn risk. Clean these areas only after they have cooled down.
- Prevent metal parts or similar items from entering the appliance's ventilating openings, as they can damage gas fittings and electric parts.
- Caution: Operating gas pressure is indicated on the appliance label. Operating at higher pressure risks gas leakage.
- Clean any dirt on the surfaces immediately to prevent burning and sticking.
- Never use pressure water or steam cleaning tools, as they can damage the appliance.
- When moving the appliance, wrap it in foil for dust protection.
In Case of Trouble
- If any trouble occurs, switch off the equipment, disconnect the power cable from the mains socket, and call Customer Services. Ensure electric connection is not re-established until repairs are complete.

Operation
Switching On/Off
- The heaters work independently.
- Turn the On/Off Key (3) on the fixed frame to positions 1, 2, 3, or MAX to turn on the heaters.
- Position '1' provides the lowest heat, with radiant turning off and on automatically.
- Positions '1', '2', or '3' allow for longer heating intervals.
- Position 'MAX' is for continuous use.
- Turn the key to '0' to turn off the heaters.
- To rotate the Doner kebab meat, use the Motor Control Key (5).
- Turn the motor on by setting the key to 'I' (right rotation) or 'II' (left rotation).
- Turn the motor off by setting the key to '0'.
Operation
- Ensure the electric connection is done according to relevant standards.
- Fix the bottom skewer lock mechanism (10) with the fixing handle (11) in position for inserting the Doner kebab meat.
- Before inserting the skewer, set the upper skewer lock mechanism (8) on the sledge profile (7) to the middle position.
- Insert the skewer (9) with the Doner kebab meat onto the bottom skewer lock mechanism (10) and secure it by switching off the upper skewer lock mechanism (8).
- To turn on the heaters, turn the On/Off Key (3) to positions 1, 2, 3, or MAX.
- Position '1' provides the lowest heat, with radiant turning off and on automatically in short time intervals.
- Positions '1', '2', or '3' allow for longer heating intervals.
- Position 'MAX' is for continuous use.
- Turn the key to '0' to turn off the heaters.
- Other heaters can be fired similarly, depending on the amount of Doner meat.
- To secure the Doner kebab meat to the heaters, loosen the fixing handles (6, 11) and move the skewer lock mechanism (10, 8) towards the heaters. Tighten the fixing handle once the mechanism is in the desired position.
- To rotate the Doner kebab meat, switch on the Motor Control Key (5) on the Motor Body (4) and select position 'I' or 'II' for the desired rotation direction.
- To operate heaters at low heat, turn the On-Off Key (3) of the Heater Mechanism to position '1'.
- When Doner grilling is completed, turn the Heater Mechanism On/Off Key (3) to '0'.
- To stop the skewer rotation, set the Motor Control Key (5) to '0'.
- If the equipment is not used for a long time, turn the Heater Mechanism On/Off Key (3) to 'off' position and unplug it.
