KBSSK User Manual
Ensure you have read and fully understood this manual before use.
General Safety Rules
The following symbols indicate potentially dangerous situations. Read this information carefully and take necessary precautions to protect people and/or objects. Operator accident prevention is fundamental: no prevention plan can be effective without the full direct involvement of the machine operator. Most workplace accidents – during use or transport – occur due to failure to comply with basic safety rules. An attentive and prudent operator is the best guarantee against accidents and the basis for implementing any prevention plan.
Battery Charging
Danger: ⚠️
- If the battery charger's power cable is damaged or defective, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, an authorized service center, or qualified personnel to avoid risks.
- Keep sparks, fireworks, and flammable materials away from the battery.

Product Introduction
The mini electric double-brush scrubber dryer is a new generation of cleaning and hygiene appliances developed by our company. This machine stands out for its elegant design and innovative technology. It cleans the floor in a single pass and vacuums up dirty water. It is suitable for flat surfaces in civil and industrial environments, or for moderately rough surfaces. It meets various needs for durability and operational weight. The scrubber sprays the right amount of detergent onto the floor to dissolve dirt. A careful selection of detergent and brushes allows adaptation to various floor types and effective dirt removal. Thanks to the suction power generated by the vacuum motor, the rear squeegee collects dirty water, leaving the floor dry and clean.

- The machine must be used only by trained and qualified personnel.
- Minors are not allowed to use the machine.
- Do not use the machine in dimly lit, flammable, highway, or health-hazardous areas.
- The machine is designed to operate at temperatures between 4°C and 35°C.
- Do not use it if the temperature is below 0°C or above 50°C.
- Relative humidity must be between 30% and 95%.
- Do not use the machine to vacuum flammable or explosive liquids (gasoline, fuel oil, etc.), flammable gases, dry dust, or diluted acids/solvents (e.g., pigment solvents, acetone).
- Do not vacuum hot or burning objects.
- Do not use the machine on slopes exceeding 2°.
- Do not move the machine sideways on even slightly inclined surfaces, and do not drive it in reverse.
- On steep slopes, proceed with caution to avoid tipping over or uncontrolled acceleration.
- Proceed slowly and lift the brush and squeegee when descending.
- Do not park the machine on inclined surfaces.
- Switch off the motor before leaving the machine and ensure it cannot start accidentally.
- Take care not to endanger people nearby, especially children.
- Do not use the machine to transport people or objects, and do not tow it.
- Do not place objects on the machine.
- Do not obstruct ventilation openings.
- Do not remove or modify safety devices.
- Operators must wear personal protective equipment: protective aprons or suits, non-slip and waterproof shoes, rubber gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and respiratory masks.
- The aspirated wastewater contains detergents, disinfectants, water, and organic and inorganic substances.
- They must be disposed of according to local regulations and laws.
Battery Installation
During battery installation or maintenance, the operator must wear necessary protective equipment (gloves, safety glasses, visor, etc.) to reduce the risk of accidents. Keep away from open flames, avoid short-circuiting the electrodes, and electrical sparks. No smoking.
Instructions:
Secure the battery to the machine with a gasket (follow these steps):
- Loosen the battery compartment screw
- Open the battery compartment
- Connect the battery cable
- Close the battery compartment cover
- Fully charge the battery before using the machine for the first time. Consult the relevant guidelines.
Battery Installation and Connection
- Ensure all switches on the control panel are in the "0" (off) position.
- Ensure the battery cable with the "+" terminal is connected to the positive pole of the battery.
- Do not use tools to determine battery polarity.
- Follow these instructions carefully: a short circuit between the electrodes can cause the battery to explode.
- Use appropriate equipment to lift and install batteries.
- The positive and negative battery terminals have different diameters.
- Do not over-discharge the battery to avoid irreparable damage.
- Choose the correct charger for the type of battery to be charged.
- Ensure the charger is suitable for the battery to be charged.
Instructions for Use
Charge indicator button: shows the remaining energy when the machine is in operation.
Control Panel Diagram
- Brush motor button: starts or stops the brush motor.
- Water supply button: regulates water flow based on floor type.
- Water suction motor button: starts or stops the water suction motor.
Clean Water Tank
The clean water tank is located at the rear of the machine and has a capacity of 4.5 liters. It can be removed by pulling it outwards, as shown in the image. Open the blue cap to fill with clean water. If there are stains or oily residues on the floor, you can dose an adequate amount of detergent and add it to the tank. Attention: ❗ An anti-foam agent must be added to the dirty water tank to prevent dirty water from entering the suction motor and causing unnecessary damage.
Dirty Water Tank (Schmutzwassertank)
The dirty water tank is located at the front of the machine and has a capacity of 7.5 liters. When the water level reaches the MAX (SL) mark, press the rear button on the handle (as shown in the image) and pull the tank sideways to remove it. Open the blue cap to empty the dirty water. Attention: ❗ If detergent has been added to the clean water tank, also add an anti-foam agent to the dirty water tank to prevent dirty water from entering the suction motor and causing damage. Dirty water tank level indicator: The water level in the dirty water tank must never exceed the highest blue mark on the side of the tank.
Squeegee Installation and Adjustment
The squeegee is the first component that contacts the floor to dry it. It is already mounted on the machine at the factory, so no initial installation is required. Ensure the suction hose is correctly inserted into the central ring of the squeegee. Unscrew the squeegee knobs one by one to replace the rubber blade. After replacing the rubber blade, retighten the squeegee knobs. The blades vacuum water and detergent from the floor, allowing complete surface drying. Over time, the corners of the blades that touch the floor become rounded or break, reducing suction efficiency. In this case, replace the rubber blades. Regularly check the wear condition of the blades. For maximum suction efficiency, the squeegee must be adjusted as follows: During use, the rear blade must touch the floor at an angle of approximately 45°. If the blade is worn during operation, replace it with an original blade.
Moving the Machine with Engine Off
Lift the machine frame and lower the support foot onto the floor. Hold the upper handle with one hand and lift the frame with the other. Switch off the brush motor and transport the machine with both hands to avoid damage. Place the machine in a safe, level location before starting work.
Replacing the Squeegee Rubber Blades
- Carefully disconnect the suction hose from the squeegee.
- Unscrew the 8 knobs inside the bar and remove the pressure plate from the squeegee bar frame.
- Release the rubber blade retainer.
- Remove the rubber blades from the frame and take them out.
- Insert the new blades and secure them to the support grid.
- Align the blades with the frame screws and push them inwards.
- Tighten the rubber blade locking knob.
Daily Maintenance
After each cleaning, perform the following maintenance operations:
- Disconnect the machine's power supply
- Empty and clean the dirty water tank
- Clean the rubber blades and check their wear (replace if necessary)
- Check that the grid suction nozzle is not obstructed
- Remove any internal debris
Weekly Maintenance
- Clean the float switch in the dirty water tank and check that it functions correctly
- Clean the suction motor filter and check that it is not damaged (replace if necessary)
- Clean the water in the tank and the filter, checking for any damage (replace if necessary)
- Clean the suction hose
- Clean the clean and dirty water tanks
Semi-annual Maintenance
- Have the power cable checked by a qualified technician
