General Safety Rules

The following symbols indicate potentially dangerous situations. Read this information carefully and take necessary precautions to protect people and/or objects. Operator accident prevention is fundamental: no prevention plan can be effective without the full direct involvement of the machine operator. Most workplace accidents – during use or transport – occur due to failure to comply with basic safety rules. An attentive and prudent operator is the best guarantee against accidents and the basis for implementing any prevention plan.

Always protect the machine from sunlight, rain, and other atmospheric agents – both during use and when at rest. Store the machine in a dry and protected place: this machine is designed exclusively for use in dry conditions and must not be used or stored outdoors in humid conditions. Do not place the machine near flammable materials, dust, gases, or liquids. Position the machine on a flat and stable surface. To switch off the machine, first disconnect the main power supply. If the machine is left unattended, it must be secured against accidental movement.

Product Introduction

The mini electric double-brush scrubber dryer is a new generation of cleaning and hygiene appliances developed by our company. This machine stands out for its elegant design and innovative technology. It cleans the floor in a single pass and vacuums up dirty water. It is suitable for flat surfaces in civil and industrial environments, or for moderately rough surfaces. It meets various needs for durability and operational weight. The scrubber sprays the right amount of detergent onto the floor to dissolve dirt. A careful selection of detergent and brushes allows adaptation to various floor types and effective dirt removal. Thanks to the suction power generated by the vacuum motor, the rear squeegee collects dirty water, leaving the floor dry and clean.

ℹ️

Read this manual carefully (especially the important information on dangers and warnings). The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any damage caused by failure to comply with these instructions.

Battery Installation

During battery installation or maintenance, the operator must wear necessary protective equipment (gloves, safety glasses, visor, etc.) to reduce the risk of accidents. Keep away from open flames, avoid short-circuiting the electrodes, and electrical sparks. No smoking.

Clean Water Tank

The clean water tank is located at the rear of the machine and has a capacity of 4.5 liters. It can be removed by pulling it outwards, as shown in the image. Open the blue cap to fill with clean water. If there are stains or oily residues on the floor, you can dose an adequate amount of detergent and add it to the tank. Attention: ❗ An anti-foam agent must be added to the dirty water tank to prevent dirty water from entering the suction motor and causing unnecessary damage.

Dirty Water Tank (Schmutzwassertank)

The dirty water tank is located at the front of the machine and has a capacity of 7.5 liters. When the water level reaches the MAX (SL) mark, press the rear button on the handle (as shown in the image) and pull the tank sideways to remove it. Open the blue cap to empty the dirty water. Attention: ❗ If detergent has been added to the clean water tank, also add an anti-foam agent to the dirty water tank to prevent dirty water from entering the suction motor and causing damage. Dirty water tank level indicator: The water level in the dirty water tank must never exceed the highest blue mark on the side of the tank.

Squeegee Installation and Adjustment

The squeegee is the first component that contacts the floor to dry it. It is already mounted on the machine at the factory, so no initial installation is required. Ensure the suction hose is correctly inserted into the central ring of the squeegee. Unscrew the squeegee knobs one by one to replace the rubber blade. After replacing the rubber blade, retighten the squeegee knobs. The blades vacuum water and detergent from the floor, allowing complete surface drying. Over time, the corners of the blades that touch the floor become rounded or break, reducing suction efficiency. In this case, replace the rubber blades. Regularly check the wear condition of the blades. For maximum suction efficiency, the squeegee must be adjusted as follows: During use, the rear blade must touch the floor at an angle of approximately 45°. If the blade is worn during operation, replace it with an original blade.

Moving the Machine with Engine Off

Lift the machine frame and lower the support foot onto the floor. Hold the upper handle with one hand and lift the frame with the other. Switch off the brush motor and transport the machine with both hands to avoid damage. Place the machine in a safe, level location before starting work.
