Samsung Care+ Campaign: 20% Discount on Accidental Damage and Theft Insurance
This document outlines the regulations for a promotional campaign offering a 20% discount on 2-year Samsung Care+ insurance, covering accidental damage and theft for specific Samsung Galaxy devices.
1. Campaign Organizer
The campaign is organized by SAMSUNG Electronics Romania SRL, located at Șos. Bucuresti-Ploiesti, Nr. 172-176, Building A, 5th Floor, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania. The company is registered under J2012007668400 and its bank account details are provided.
Participation in this campaign implies full acceptance of these regulations.
2. Campaign Duration and Location
The campaign runs from July 9th to August 15th, 2025, across Romania. It is available through the Samsung Online Store (www.samsung.com/ro/) and authorized Samsung partners, via the Samsung Care+ platform (https://samsung-eu.servify.tech/login). Additionally, the offer is valid at the following Samsung Experience Stores:
- Bucharest, Baneasa Shopping City, Feeria Wing, Șoseaua București-Ploiești 42-44
- Bucharest, Bulevardul General Paul Teodorescu 4, AFI Cotroceni Mall
- Bucharest, Strada Calomfirescu 2, AFI Ploiești Mall

These locations are collectively referred to as "Samsung Experience Stores".
3. Campaign Regulations
The full regulations are available free of charge on the Samsung Romania website (www.samsung.com/ro/) in a dedicated section. They can also be obtained in a durable format upon written request to the organizer or from Samsung commercial staff at any Samsung Experience Store.
Samsung reserves the right to modify these regulations, with any changes communicated via the website before becoming effective.
4. Participating Products
The campaign applies to the following Samsung products:
- Galaxy Flip7
- Galaxy Flip7 FE
- Galaxy Fold7
These are referred to as "Participating Products".
5. Right to Participate
Participation is open to any individual with full legal capacity or any legal entity residing in Romania who purchases a Participating Product during the campaign period.
6. Campaign Mechanism
During the campaign period (July 9th – August 15th, 2025), customers can receive a 20% discount on the base price of a 2-year Samsung Care+ insurance for the Participating Products.
Discount Application:
- Online Store Purchase: Insurance must be purchased concurrently with the Participating Product in the same order.
- Samsung Experience Store Purchase: Insurance must be purchased concurrently with the Participating Product in the same order.
- Authorized Partner Purchase: Insurance can be purchased with the 20% discount directly from the Samsung Care+ Platform (https://samsung-eu.servify.tech/login) no later than August 30th, 2025, 23:59 EEST.
The discount does not apply to the service fee per claim. The insurance cannot be extended beyond two years or purchased with cash on delivery.

Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other Samsung or partner campaigns.
7. Returns of Samsung Care+ or Participating Products
Customers have a 14-day withdrawal period for Samsung Care+ insurance purchased online or from Samsung Experience Stores/partners. Returned Participating Products purchased online must be in their original condition, without defects, and with all accompanying documents. Improper packaging may result in the return being refused.
Returns of products purchased online follow Samsung's return policy: https://www.samsung.com/ro/shop-faq/returns-and-cancellations. Customers are responsible for any damage during return shipping if they choose a different shipping method.
Any reduction in the Participating Product's value due to usage beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics will be deducted from the refund.
8. Taxes and Duties
Participants incur no additional indirect costs beyond normal participation expenses.
9. Limitation of Liability
Samsung is entitled to take measures against fraud or abuse that could affect the campaign's image. Decisions made by the campaign committee are final. Complaints must be submitted within 5 days of the campaign's end.
Samsung is not responsible for:
- Entries submitted outside the campaign period.
- Disputes related to Participating Products.
- Inaccurate or incomplete contact information provided by participants.
- Technical malfunctions affecting the campaign's entry channels or discount redemption process.
- Disputes related to products offered for recycling.
Participants agree to Samsung's decisions regarding the campaign. Samsung may invalidate any participant who violates the rules or engages in misconduct.
Samsung is not liable for any damages or claims arising from the discounts provided under this campaign.
10. Personal Data Processing
By purchasing Participating Products, individuals agree to the processing of their personal data for campaign purposes. This includes name, address, contact information, and payment details. Data processing is conducted in accordance with Samsung's privacy policy, available at: https://account.samsung.com/membership/terms/privacypolicy. For purchases from authorized Samsung partners, their specific data processing conditions apply.
11. Campaign Termination / Interruption
The campaign may be terminated early if:
- The stock of Participating Products is exhausted due to reasons beyond Samsung's control.
- A force majeure event occurs.
- Samsung is unable to continue the campaign due to reasons beyond its control.
- The legal operator of the Samsung Care+ Platform is unable to commercialize or register the insurance policies.
Samsung is not obligated to provide compensation or refunds in such cases.
12. Applicable Law, Disputes
Romanian law governs these regulations. Disputes will be settled amicably, or by competent Romanian courts if an amicable resolution is not possible. Complaints must be submitted within 5 days of the campaign's end.
13. Final Clauses
Samsung's decisions regarding the campaign are final. Samsung reserves the right to take measures against fraud or abuse that could affect the campaign's organization and costs.
