Step 5: Use the BAR unit button or PSI unit button to select your desired pressure unit.
Step 6: Use the pressurizing button [+] or decompressing button [-] to set the target pressure. The range is 1.8 to 2.75 BAR (1 PSI = 0.0689 BAR = 6.89 KPA).
Step 7: Press the On/Off button [▶️/⏹️] to start inflation.
During Inflation: You can adjust pressure using the [+] or [-] buttons, switch units with BAR/PSI buttons, and press the On/Off button [▶️/⏹️] to stop. The pump will automatically stop when the set pressure is reached.
Deflation Operation
SUP Deflation
Step 1: Plug the cigarette lighter plug into the 12V DC socket (Refer to Figure 4). The display will light up. Press the Scene switch button [M] to select the inflatable scene.
Step 2: Remove the hose from the inflation inlet. Connect the flexible conduit adaptor of the hose to the air pump's deflation outlet and twist clockwise to tighten it (Refer to Figure 9). The other end of the hose should remain connected to the airbag.
Step 3: Press the On/Off button [▶️/⏹️] to start deflation until all gas is discharged. The power can then be turned off to stop deflation.
Step 4: After deflation is complete, unplug the cigarette lighter plug from the 12V DC socket. Remove the hose from the air pump and airbag, and store it.
Precautions
- The applied power source must be a 12V DC source (Refer to Figure 4).
- Before inflating, confirm the required air pressure for the item to avoid injury from over-inflation.
- Do not block the inflation and deflation outlets; ensure they remain clear at all times.
- Observe local waste treatment regulations; do not discard the air pump randomly.
- Do not use the product if the hose is damaged; replace it immediately.
- Do not pull out the hose during inflation, as high pressure could cause injury.
- Do not operate the air pump for more than 20 minutes continuously. Allow it to cool for 30 minutes after each 20-minute operation to prevent motor overheating and damage.
- Disposal: Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste. It requires separate disposal for recycling electrical and electronic products. Proper recycling conserves natural resources and ensures environmentally friendly handling. [WEEE Symbol - Do Not Dispose with Household Waste]
- If any part of the air pump is damaged, do not use it; contact professional personnel for repair.
- For safety, do not point the inflation inlet towards yourself or others.
- Do not leave the product unattended while inflating.
- Start the car when using the product to prevent unnecessary damage to the vehicle's battery or electrical system.
Fault Handling
Malfunction | Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
The air pump cannot be started | 1. The power source is not plugged properly. 2. The fuse in the cigarette lighter plug is burnt out. 3. Overheating or overload causes motor stop. | 1. Ensure the power wire is plugged into the 12V DC socket. 2. Replace the fuse. 3. Allow the motor to cool and restart. |
Slow or abnormal inflation | 1. Check if the hose is blocked or cracked. 2. The joint between the hose and air pump or air bag is not installed properly. | 1. Change the hose or unblock it; check for cracks. 2. Reinstall the hose. 3. If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer or authorized service personnel. |
Hot | Temperature alarm. | Heat dissipation is required. |
E3 | Shutdown protection without increasing air pressure. | Check for air leaks. |
U-L | Low power alarm of power supply (voltage lower than 10.5 V). | 1. Power supply voltage is low. 2. Power supply is insufficient, and the line has limited current. 3. Use a power adapter with overcurrent protection, such as a special adapter (120 W without current limit). |
U-H | High input voltage alarm (over 17 V). | Standard power supply should be selected. |
LO/HI E6 | Motor overcurrent protection. | Check the motor for foreign matter or restart the air pump. If the problem persists, contact local agents or authorized personnel. |
E8 | Failure of air pressure sensor. | Contact the manufacturer or its service agent or similar authorized personnel. |
Air pressure does not return to zero | Remove the connecting trachea. | Press and hold the PSI button for more than 3 seconds to return to zero. |
