Product Introduction
The VEVOR HT-737PRO is an intelligent power storage air pump featuring a highlight LED display with preset pressure value. It is designed to inflate various items such as inflatable tents, inflatable beds, and canoes. The pump incorporates an intelligent pressure system that automatically stops inflation once the preset pressure value is reached.
This product also supports deflation, allowing you to empty inflatable products for easier folding and storage when not in use.

- Before inflating, check the maximum bearable pressure of the inflatable product to prevent damage from exceeding it.
- The use of this product is limited to the descriptions in this instruction book.
- Do not use in flammable or explosive environments.
- Use this equipment at ambient temperatures not exceeding 40 degrees Celsius.
- The pressure line is suitable only for the original wave pipe.
- Ensure the wave pipe is not broken and that the switch and pressure screen are functioning correctly before use.
- Keep away from heat sources, humidity, dust, and direct sunlight.
- Do not throw this product into fire due to explosion or battery leakage risks.
- This product contains non-replaceable batteries.

[WEEE Symbol] This product is subject to European Directive 2012/19/EC. The symbol of a crossed-out wheelie bin indicates separate refuse collection is required in the European Union for the product and its accessories. Products marked this way must not be discarded with normal domestic waste but taken to a collection point for recycling electrical and electronic devices.
Inflation Operation
- Connect the end with the flexible conduit adaptor of the hose to the air pump inflation inlet and twist clockwise to tighten it (See Fig 1).
- Install the other end of the hose into the air bag's air tap, twist clockwise to tighten, then insert the inflation valve of the air bag and twist clockwise to fix it (See Fig 2).
- After completing these steps, press and hold the On/Off button [?] for 3 seconds for the display to light up. Short press the On/Off button [?] to start inflating. Press the On/Off button [?] again for 3 seconds to stop working.
Inflation Controls:
- Press the pressure unit toggle button [PSI/BAR] to select your desired unit.
- Press the pressurizing button [➕] or decompressing button [➖] to set the pressure value, ranging from 0 to 20 PSI (1 PSI = 0.0689 BAR = 6.89 KPA).
- During inflation, you can use the pressurizing [➕] or decompressing [➖] buttons to adjust the pressure value. Use the pressure unit toggle button [PSI/BAR] to switch units. Press the On/Off button [?] to stop.
- Press and hold the On/Off button [?] for 3 seconds to directly start the high-pressure pump.
Notices:
- Upon completion of inflation, the pump will automatically turn off within 2 minutes.
- The air pump will stop working automatically when the set pressure value is reached.
- When not in use, turn off the power switch, detach the hose from the air pump and air bag, and store it properly.
- The factory set pressure value is 20 PSI. On subsequent uses, the pump will default to the last set pressure value.
Deflation Operation
- Remove the hose from the inflation inlet.
- Connect the end with the flexible conduit adaptor of the hose to the air pump deflation outlet and twist clockwise to tighten it (See Fig 3). The other end should remain connected to the air bag.
- In standby status, press the On/Off button [?] to start deflation. The pump will stop working after all gas is discharged when the On/Off button [?] is pressed for 3 seconds.
When not in use, please take down the hose from the air pump air bag and store it.
Precautions
- The pump uses Type-C USB (5V/2A or 9V/2A) for charging. The product should not be operated while charging.
- Do not block the inflation or deflation outlets; ensure they remain smooth at all times.
- Observe local waste treatment provisions; do not discard the air pump randomly.
- Do not use the product if the hose is damaged; replace it immediately.
- Do not pull out the hose during inflation, as the high pressure can cause injury.
- Do not operate the air pump for more than 20 minutes continuously. Motor overheating may cause internal damage. Allow the pump to cool for 30 minutes after 20 minutes of use.
- If any part of the air pump is damaged, do not use it and contact professional personnel for repair.
- To prevent risk, do not point the inflation inlet towards your face or body.
- Do not leave the product unattended while inflating.
- Disposal: Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste. It must be collected separately for special disposal.
- The built-in batteries must be removed from the equipment and disposed of properly before scrapping.
- Please fully charge the battery at least once every 6 months to maintain its normal usage.
Charging
Please use the provided Type-C USB cable for charging. During charging:
- Indicators will flash.
- In fast charging mode, the red indicator remains on.
Make sure the battery is fully discharged before the first charge. If the battery is discharged and the internal temperature is too high, it is recommended to cool it down before charging. Avoid leaving the electric air pump in a state of no electricity for extended periods.
USB Port Output Operation
In standby or power-on state, connect one end of the USB cable to the USB/Charger Port on the pump and the other end to a USB port on your phone or other digital products (See Fig 5).
Outdoor Lighting
In standby status, press the LED lighting button [?]:
- First press: Turns the light on.
- Second press: LED light starts flashing.
- Third press: Turns the light off.

Maintenance and Storage
- After use, or before moving, servicing, or adjusting the product, please remove the power plug from the electric outlet.
- Cool the product down and store it in its box when not in use.
- Use the product indoors and protect it against direct sun exposure or rain.
- Store it in a dry and ventilated place.
Suggestions
The warranty period for this product is one year. It is recommended to use original parts; otherwise, any failure thereof will not be covered by the warranty.
