- Warning: Before moving, maintaining, repairing, or adjusting this product, always pull out the DC plug from the socket first.
- Warning: Do not bury the wire in the soil; place it in a safe zone where it won't be damaged by mowers or other equipment.
- Warning: If the power wire is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly authorized personnel to avoid risk.
- Warning: Do not plug or pull the cigarette lighter plug if you are standing in water or your hands are wet.
- Warning: Before inflating, check the maximum bearable pressure of the inflatable product, as exceeding it may damage the air bag.
- Warning: Before use, check the cigarette lighter socket for rust or residue. Poor electrical conduction can cause overheating and damage the product or power source.
- Warning: The purpose of using this product is limited to the description in this instruction book.
- Warning: The product cannot be used in flammable and explosive environments.
- Warning: Use this equipment at ambient temperatures no higher than 40 degrees Celsius.
- Warning: The pressure line is only suitable for the original wave pipe.
- Warning: Ensure the wave pipe is not broken and that the switch, cigarette lighter, and pressure screen are working correctly before use.
- Warning: Keep away from heat sources, humidity, dust, and direct sunlight.
Inflation Operation
- Connect the flexible conduit adaptor of the hose to the air pump's inflation inlet and twist clockwise to tighten (Refer to Figure 1).
- Connect the other end of the hose to the air bag's supporting air tap and twist clockwise to tighten. Then, insert the inflation valve of the air bag and twist clockwise to fix it (Refer to Figure 2).
- Plug the cigarette lighter plug into the 12V DC socket.
- After completing the above steps, press the power switch button [power button] to start inflating.
- Press the BAR unit button [BAR button] or the PSI unit button [PSI button] to select your desired unit.
- Press the pressurizing button [+] or the decompressing button [-] to set the desired pressure value. The range is from 0 to 20 PSI (1 PSI = 0.0689 BAR = 6.89 KPA).
- During the inflation process, you can press the pressurizing button [+] or decompressing button [-] to adjust the pressure value. Press the BAR unit button [BAR button] or PSI unit button [PSI button] to switch units. Press the On/Off button [On/Off button] to stop.
- When the pressure reaches the set value, the air pump will stop working automatically.
- After pulling out the cigarette lighter plug, detach the hose from the air pump and air bag, and store them properly.
Notice: The factory set pressure value is 20 PSI (1 PSI = 0.0689 BAR = 6.89 KPA). On subsequent uses, the pressure value set during the last operation will be displayed by default.
Deflation Operation
- Remove the hose from the inflation inlet.
- Connect the end with the flexible conduit adaptor of the hose to the air pump's deflation outlet and twist clockwise to tighten (Refer to Figure 3). The other end of the hose should still be connected to the air bag.
- Press the power switch button [power button] of the air pump to start deflation until all gas is discharged. Then, turn off the power to stop deflation.
- After deflation is completed, unplug the cigarette lighter plug from the 12V DC socket.
- When not in use, remove the hose from the air pump and the inflatable product, turn off the power switch, and store the hose and pump properly.
Precautions
- The applied power source must be a 12V DC power source (Refer to Figure 4).
- Do not block the inflation inlet and deflation outlet; ensure they remain smooth at all times.
- Observe local waste treatment provisions; do not dispose of the air pump randomly.
- Do not use this product if the hose is damaged; change the hose immediately.
- Do not pull out the hose while inflating, as the high pressure may cause injury.
- Do not operate the air pump for more than 20 minutes continuously. Motor overheating can cause internal damage. Allow the pump to cool for 30 minutes after every 20 minutes of continuous operation.
- Disposal: Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste. Waste must be collected separately for special disposal. This product shall not be disposed of with household waste and must be taken to an approved location for recycling electrical and electronic products. By collecting and recycling waste, you help conserve natural resources and ensure products are treated in an environmentally friendly and healthy way.
- If any part of this air pump is damaged, do not use it and contact professional personnel for repair.
- To prevent risk, the inflation inlet should not face towards a person or body.
- Do not leave the product unattended while inflating.
- Start the car when using the product to ensure sufficient power and prevent unnecessary damage.
