Introduction
This document contains the original instructions for the VEVOR HT-769Plus intelligent power storage air pump. Please read all instructions carefully before operating the device. VEVOR reserves the right to interpret this user manual. The appearance of the product is subject to the item received. VEVOR will not provide separate notification for technology or software updates.
The HT-769Plus is an intelligent power storage air pump with a preset pressure value. It is designed to inflate inflatable tents, inflatable beds, canoes, and other items. The pump features an intelligent pressure system that automatically stops inflation once the preset pressure value is reached.
This product can also deflate air. When an inflatable product is not in use, the air pump can be used to empty the air inside for folding and storage.

The symbol showing a wheelie bin crossed through indicates that the product requires separate refuse collection in the European Union. This applies to the product and all accessories marked with this symbol. General Safety Warnings:
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall be kept far away from this product and wire.
- This product shall not be exposed to rain or immersed in water.
- Before moving, maintaining, repairing, or adjusting this product, please first pull out the cigarette lighter plug from the socket.
- Please do not bury the wire in the soil; it shall be placed in a safe zone where it won't be damaged by mowers or other equipment.
- If the power wire is damaged, it must be changed by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly authorized personnel to avoid risk.
- If you are in a wet environment or your hands are wet, do not plug or pull the cigarette lighter plug.
- Before inflating, check the maximum bearable pressure of the inflatable product to prevent damage to the air bag.
- Before use, check the cigarette lighter socket for rust or residue. Poor electrical conduction can cause overheating of the product or power source.
- The purpose of this product is limited to the description in this instruction book.
- The product cannot be used in flammable and explosive environments.
- Use this equipment at an ambient temperature no more than 40 degrees Celsius.
- The pressure line of the product is only suitable for the original wave pipe.
- Ensure the wave pipe is not broken and that the switch, cigarette lighter, and pressure screen are working correctly before use.
- Keep away from heat sources, humidity, dust, and direct sunlight.
- Do not throw this product into fire due to the risk of explosion or battery leakage.

Inflation Operation
Follow these steps to inflate your item:
- Connect the end with the flexible conduit adaptor of the hose to the air pump inflation inlet and twist clockwise to tighten it. (Refer to Figure 1 in original document).
- Install the other end of the hose into the supporting air tap of the item to be inflated and twist clockwise to tighten it. Then, insert the inflation valve of the item and twist clockwise to fix it. (Refer to Figure 2 in original document).
- Turn on the power switch. The switch has symbols: ▶️ [ON] (represented by ||-) and ⏹️ [OFF] (represented by O).
- Gently press the switch button ▶️ to start inflation, or plug the cigarette lighter plug into the 12V DC socket. (Refer to Figure 3 in original document).
Setting Pressure and Starting Inflation:
- Press the pressure unit toggle button ⚖️ to select your desired unit (e.g., PSI, BAR, KPA).
- Press the pressurizing button ➕ or decompressing button ➖ to set the desired pressure value. The range is from 0 to 20PSI (1PSI = 0.0689BAR = 6.89KPA).
- After setting the pressure, press the power switch button ▶️ to start inflation.
During Inflation:
- You can press the pressurizing button ➕ or decompressing button ➖ to increase or reduce the pressure value.
- Press the pressure unit toggle button ⚖️ to switch units.
- Press the On/Off button ▶️ to stop inflation at any time.
- Press and hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds to directly start the high-pressure pump.
Automatic Stop: When the pressure reaches the set value, the air pump will stop working automatically.
After Use: After pulling out the DC plug, detach the hose from the air pump and the inflatable item, and store them properly.
Note: The factory set pressure value is 20PSI. On subsequent uses, the pump will default to the pressure value set during the last use.
Deflation Operation
To deflate your item:
- Remove the hose from the inflation inlet.
- Connect the end with the flexible conduit adaptor of the hose to the air pump deflation outlet and twist clockwise to tighten it. (Refer to Figure 4 in original document). The other end of the hose should be connected to the item to be deflated.
- Turn on the power switch (▶️ [ON] / ⏹️ [OFF]).
- Gently press the switch button ▶️ to start deflation, or plug the cigarette lighter plug into the 12V DC socket. (Refer to Figure 3 in original document). Deflation continues until all gas is discharged.
- Turn off the power to stop deflation.
Storage: When not in use, turn off the power switch (⏹️ [OFF]), remove the hose from the air pump and the item, and store the product properly.
Precautions
- The product supports Type-C USB charging: 5V/1A, 5V/2A, or fast charge 12V/1.5A. The product should not be operated while charging.
- Do not block the inflation and deflation outlets. Ensure they remain smooth and unobstructed at all times.
- Observe local waste treatment provisions. Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste.
- Do not use this product if the hose is damaged; replace it immediately.
- Do not pull out the hose while inflating, as the high pressure could cause injury.
- Do not operate the air pump for more than 20 minutes continuously. Motor overheating may cause internal damage. Allow the pump to cool for 30 minutes after 20 minutes of continuous operation.
- If any part of the air pump is damaged, do not use it. Contact professional personnel for repair.
- To prevent risk, do not point the inflation inlet towards your face or body.
- Do not leave the product unattended while inflating.
- Disposal: Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste. Waste must be collected separately for special disposal. This product shall not be disposed of with household waste and must be taken to an approved location for recycling electrical and electronic products. By collecting and recycling waste, you help conserve natural resources and ensure the product is treated in an environmentally friendly and healthy way. The built-in batteries must be removed and disposed of properly before scrapping.
- Charge the battery at least every 6 months to ensure good battery performance.
- Please start the car when using the product (if powered by cigarette lighter) to avoid unnecessary damage to the car battery.
Charging
Please use the supplied Type-C USB cable for charging.
- Charging Indicators: When charging, the blue light blinks and the red light is solid, indicating a fast charging state. When only one indicator is on, it is recommended to charge the product promptly. The indicators will flash during charging, and all indicators will be solid when the product is fully charged.
- Please ensure to use a 5V USB interface for charging. (Refer to Figure 5 in original document).
- Make sure the battery is fully discharged before the first charge. If the battery is discharged and the internal temperature is too high, it is recommended to let it cool down before charging. Do not leave the electric air pump in a state of no electricity for a long time.
Fault Handling

Maintenance and Storage
- Please remove the power plug from the electric outlet after use or before moving, servicing, or adjusting the product.
- Cool the product down and put it in the box when it is not in use.
- Use the product indoors and protect it against direct sun exposure or rain.
- Store it in a dry and ventilated place.
Suggestions and Warranty
The warranty period for this product is one year. It is suggested to use the original accessories. Any fault not caused by using the original accessories shall be out of the warranty scope.
