Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble the base.

Take the cross base (Part B). Insert the foot bars (Part C) one by one into the base. Align the foot bars with the corresponding thread and tighten them with the base screws (Part J) using the Allen key (Part P). Note: remove the chrome rosette from the cross base before assembly [visual description of parts B, C, J, P and the note].

Now firmly press each wheel (Part A) into its socket to ensure they are securely fitted [visual description of wheels A being pressed into the base].

Step 2: Attach the gas lift.

Before proceeding, remove the black plastic cap from the gas lift (Part D) [visual description of gas lift D with cap being removed].

Turn the base upright and insert the gas lift (Part D) into the central hole of the cross base [visual description of gas lift D being inserted into the base].

Step 3: Attach the mechanism to the seat.

Place the seat mechanism (Part E) onto the underside of the seat, ensuring it is correctly oriented. Then, tighten the seat mechanism with the supplied mechanism screws (Part K) and the Allen key (Part P) [visual description of mechanism E being attached to seat H with screws K and Allen key P].

Step 4: Attach the armrests to the seat.

Note: Before attaching the armrests, identify the left and right armrests. Place the armrests (Part F) on the side of the seat, aligning them with the two pre-drilled holes on each side. Secure the armrests to the seat using the armrest screws (Part L) [visual description of armrests F being attached to the seat with screws L].

Step 5: Attach the seat to the base.

Now place the entire seat onto the gas lift of the lower base, using the opening of the seat mechanism, and ensure the seat is securely attached [visual description of seat assembly being lowered onto the base].

Step 6: Attach the backrest.

Align the backrest (Part G) at the rear of the chair with the two pre-drilled holes on the vertical side of both armrests. Then, secure the entire assembly on both sides with the backrest armrest screws (Part M) using the Allen key (Part P) [visual description of backrest G being attached to armrests with screws M and Allen key P].

The eight screw threads from screws L and M can be covered with the threaded caps (Part O) [visual description of caps O being used to cover screw heads].

Step 7: Attach the headrest.

Take the headrest (Part I) and align it with the two threaded holes on the backrest before securing the headrest with the supplied headrest screws (Part N) using the Allen key (Part P) [visual description of headrest I being attached to backrest with screws N and Allen key P].

Usage

Adjustable Height:

To adjust the office chair's height, use the rear "Lever" located under the seat, accessible from a seated position. While seated with your full body weight, lift the lever upwards to lower the seat. To raise the seat, perform the same lever movement without weight on the chair.

Backrest Tilt:

The "Lever" under the seat can also be used to tilt the backrest from an initial 90-degree position up to 135 degrees. Grip the lever again and pull it outwards until you hear a "click". Then, simply lean back to initiate the tilt. There are three levels up to 135 degrees, where the tilt position can also be locked. To lock the backrest, push the lever back inwards fully.

Backrest Tilt Tension:

Locate the "Rotating Knob" under the seat. Turn it to the right for reduced tilt tension in free-float mode. Turn it to the left to increase the backrest tilt tension. We encourage you to experiment to find the setting that best suits you.

5D Armrest Adjustment:

Adjust Height: Find the button to adjust the armrest height on the outer side of the respective armrest. Press the button, hold it, and slide the armrest up or down to the desired height. Release the button to fix the armrest in place [visual description of armrest height adjustment button and movement].

Adjust Width: To adjust the armrest width from side to side, simply grip the armrest and apply sufficient force to adjust it accordingly [visual description of armrest width adjustment].

Armrest Tilt: To tilt the armrests, grip the front area of the armrest and apply the necessary force to tilt the entire armrest from side to side [visual description of armrest tilt adjustment].

Armrest Linear Adjustment (Forward and Backward): The fourth adjustment option involves pushing the armrest forward and backward. Grip the upper part of the armrest and pull it backward or push it forward. This function also helps you find the optimal seating position [visual description of armrest forward/backward adjustment].

Flip-up Function: The fifth additional adjustment option is the flip-up function. Grip the lower part of the armrest and move it upwards to a vertical position, parallel to the backrest, if you wish to work with more freedom at your desk or bring the chair closer to the table to save space [visual description of armrest flip-up function].

Headrest Adjustment

Grip the headrest on both sides of its frame and pull it up or down to adjust the height. Grip the headrest and tilt it forward and backward at the upper joint to adjust the headrest angle to your desired position. You can also adjust the headrest angle at the lower joint to adapt the depth adjustment to your head. You can also regulate the resistance of the angle adjustment by turning the corresponding joint screw clockwise or counterclockwise with an Allen key [visual description of headrest height, angle, and depth adjustments].

Care and Maintenance

For a more thorough cleaning, use mild soap and water. Avoid aggressive chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Dry the chair thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth to prevent moisture damage.
Regularly lubricate moving parts, such as wheels and adjustment mechanisms, with an appropriate lubricant to ensure smooth operation.
Periodically check that all screws, bolts, and other fastening elements are securely tightened and fastened.
Inspect the chair for signs of wear, such as cracks or broken parts.
Contact our customer service as soon as you identify damaged parts. We will replace affected parts immediately to ensure safety and functionality.
Do not expose the chair to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity to prevent material degradation and loss of functionality.
Never clean the gas strut.

Safety Instructions

Never disassemble the gas lift. Work on the gas lift can only be performed by trained, specialized personnel. Do not open or modify the gas lift. There is a risk of injury if the work is performed incorrectly.
Ensure you follow the assembly instructions exactly, as incorrect assembly carries a risk of injury.
Be careful with fastening points when adjusting the chair. Keep fingers and clothing away from moving parts.
Place the chair on a flat, stable surface to prevent tipping.
The office chair should never be used as a ladder.
Keep children and babies away from the chair with wheels to prevent accidents such as tipping or injuries due to the wheels. Also, never leave pets or children unattended in the vicinity of the chair.
The wheels are only suitable for soft floors.
To ensure safety, we recommend not leaning too far back, as the chair may tip over and cause an accident. Ensure you achieve balance to prevent accidents and ensure stable use.
If no one is sitting in the chair, it does not have safety wheels with brakes, so it will move easily. Be careful when getting up and sitting down to prevent the chair from moving unpredictably. Ensure the chair is in a firm position to avoid falls or accidents.
Attention! Energy accumulators for seat height adjustment can only be replaced and repaired by specialized personnel.
