Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble the structure.

Remove the star base (Part B). Insert the foot bars (Part C) into the star base. Align the foot bars with the corresponding threads and tighten them using the base screws (Part J) and the Allen key (Part P). ?

Now, push each caster (Part A) into its socket to ensure they are properly mounted. ⬆️

Step 1 (Continued): Gas Lift Installation.

Before proceeding to the next step, it is important to remove the black plastic cap from the gas lift (Part D). ⚠️

Turn the base upright again and then insert the gas lift (Part D) into the central hole of the base. ⬆️

Step 2: Attach the mechanism to the seat.

Place the seat mechanism (Part E) onto the underside of the seat (ensure it is placed in the correct orientation). Then, tighten the seat mechanism using the provided mechanism screws (Part K) and the Allen key (Part P). ?

Step 3: Attach the armrests to the seat.

Note: Before attaching the armrests, please identify the left and right armrests in advance. Place the armrests (Part F) on each side of the seat and align them with the two pre-formed seat holes on each side. Now, mount the armrests to the seat using the armrest screws (Part L). ?

Step 4: Place the seat onto the support.

Now, place the entire seat assembly, with the seat mechanism opening, onto the gas lift of the lower chassis, ensuring the seat is securely fixed. ⬇️

Step 5: Mounting the backrest.

Align the backrest (Part G) at the rear of the chair with the two pre-drilled holes on the vertical side of each armrest. Then, secure the entire assembly on both sides using the armrest-to-backrest screws (Part M) with the Allen key (Part P). ?

The eight threaded connections from screws L and M can be covered with the screw caps (Part O). ?

Step 6: Attach the headrest to the backrest.

Take the headrest (Part I) and align it with the two threaded holes of the backrest before tightening the headrest using the provided headrest screws (Part N) and the Allen key (Part P). ?

Usage

Height Adjustment:

To adjust the office chair's height, use the 'Lever' located at the rear under the seat surface, accessible while seated. Lift the lever upwards while seated with your full body weight to lower the seat. Similarly, the lever can be operated to raise the seat when there is no longer weight on it. ⬆️⬇️

Backrest Recline:

The 'Lever' under the seat can also be used to recline the backrest from an initial position of 90 degrees up to 135 degrees. Grasp the lever again and pull it outwards until you hear a 'click'. Then, simply sit back, and the reclining process begins. There are three levels up to 135 degrees, and the recline position can also be locked. To lock the backrest, push the lever completely from the outside inwards. ?

Backrest Recline Tension:

Locate the 'Rotary Knob' under the seat. Turn it clockwise for reduced recline tension in free-float mode. Turn it counter-clockwise to increase the backrest recline tension. Feel free to experiment to find the setting that best suits you. ⚙️

5D Armrest Adjustment:

Adjusting Height:

Find the height adjustment button on the outer side of each armrest. Press the button, hold it down, and move the armrest up or down until the desired height is reached. Then release the button to fix the armrest. ⬆️⬇️

Adjusting Armrest Width:

To adjust the armrest width from side to side, simply grip the armrest pad and apply sufficient force to adjust the armrest accordingly. ↔️

Armrest Pivoting:

To pivot the armrests, use the handle on the front of the armrest and apply the necessary force to pivot the entire armrest from side to side. ↩️↪️

Linear Armrest Movement (Forward and Backward):

The fourth adjustment possibility is to move the armrest forward or backward. Grip the upper armrest pad with the hand on the corresponding side and pull it backward or slide it forward. This function will also help you find the most comfortable seating position. ↔️

Flip-Up Function:

The fifth complementary adjustment option is the flip-up function. Grip the lower part of the armrest and flip it upwards into a vertical position, parallel to the backrest, if you wish to work more freely at your desk or bring the chair closer to your desk to save space. ⬆️

Headrest Adjustment:

Hold the headrest on both sides of its frame and pull it up or down to adjust the height. Grip the headrest and tilt it forward and backward at the upper articulation point to set the headrest angle to your desired position. Additionally, you can adjust the headrest angle at the lower articulation point to adapt the depth adjustment to your head. You can also adjust the resistance of the angular adjustment of the headrest by turning the corresponding articulation screw clockwise or counter-clockwise using an Allen key. ⬆️⬇️?

Care and Maintenance

• For a more thorough cleaning, please use mild soap and water. Avoid aggressive chemical or abrasive cleaning products.
• Carefully dry the chair with a clean, dry cloth to prevent any damage due to moisture.
• Regularly lubricate moving parts, such as casters and adjustment mechanisms, with appropriate lubricant to ensure proper functioning. ⚙️
• Regularly check all screws, bolts, and other fasteners to ensure they are securely tightened. ✔️
• Inspect the chair for any signs of wear, such as cracks or broken parts. Please contact our customer support team as soon as you notice any damaged parts. We replace affected parts immediately to ensure safety and functionality.
• Do not expose the chair to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity to prevent degradation of materials and loss of functionality. ☀️❌
• Never clean the gas lift. ⚠️

Safety Instructions

• Never disassemble the gas lift. Work on gas lifts should only be performed by qualified and trained personnel. Therefore, do not open or modify the gas lift in any way. There is a risk of injury if work is not carried out correctly. ⚠️
• Follow the assembly instructions meticulously, as incorrect assembly can lead to injuries.
• Be careful with locking points when adjusting the chair. Keep your fingers and clothing away from moving parts.
• Place the chair on a flat and stable surface to prevent it from tipping over.
• The office chair must never be used as a ladder. ?❌
• Keep children and babies away from the swivel chair to prevent accidents such as tipping or injuries from casters. Similarly, never leave pets or children unsupervised near the chair. ??❌
• The casters are only suitable for soft floor coverings.
• To ensure safety, we recommend not leaning back too far, as the chair could tip over. Maintain balance to prevent accidents and ensure stable use.
• When no one is sitting on the chair, it does not have safety casters with brakes and rolls easily. Be careful when getting up and sitting down to avoid unintentional movement. Ensure the chair is stable to prevent falls or accidents.
• Attention! Energy accumulators for seat height must only be replaced and repaired by qualified personnel.
