Assembly Instructions
Estimated Assemble Time: 40 mins
Tools Needed: Screwdriver, pliers, hammer, spanner.
Some parts are small and have sharp edges. Do not let children handle parts or the assembly. This product should be assembled by an adult.
Step 1: Rear Axle Assembly
Disassemble the M8 Nuts and M10 Washers from the rear axle, keeping the M10 Big Washer. Insert the rear axle through the vehicle body. Assemble the gear box with motor, rear wheel, M10 washer, M8 nut, and wheel hub onto the rear axle according to the diagram. Ensure there is a gap between the rear axle screw thread and the rear wheel. Add 2-3 washers if the gap is too large. The wheel should rotate smoothly. Remove excess washers if the wheel is too tight. Do not operate if the wheel is too tight, as this can damage the motor.
Step 2: Front Wheel and Handle Assembly
Insert the front wheel and the mudguard to the front of the vehicle. Assemble the handle onto the front axle, then secure it using the M5 x 65 bolt and M5 nut. Note: The hand brakes on the handle have no actual function.
Step 3: Rear Mirror Installation
Insert the rear mirror into the designated slots on the handle.
Step 4: Seat Installation
Remove the seat from the vehicle. Connect the wire connector plug. Replace the seat and secure it using the bolt that was removed.
Step 5: Toolbox Attachment
Attach the toolbox to the rear of the vehicle body using the M3.5 x 12 screws. Ensure all screws are securely fastened before operating the vehicle.
