Safety Instruction

When using this electrical product, basic safety precautions should always be followed. Failure to follow these instructions may result in property damage, serious injury, or death.

Basic Safety

  • This product is designed for children aged 37-72 Months.
  • Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 66 lb / 30 kg.
  • Adults and/or supervisors must instruct users on common safety rules and safe practices.
  • Operate this product on a flat and smooth surface. Do not use in slippery conditions (rain, snow, ice) or at potentially dangerous places.
  • Adult supervision is required to reduce the risk of injury. Never use in roadways, near motor vehicles, on or near steep inclines or steps, or near swimming pools or other bodies of water. Always wear shoes and never allow more than one rider.
  • RISK OF FIRE: Do not bypass. Replace only with original size and type.
  • Do not use this product as a traffic tool.
  • Never leave children unattended with the ride-on toy. Close supervision is necessary.
  • Adults and/or supervisors should set up gates and barriers to ensure a safe environment.
  • Alert children that hands, legs, hair, clothing, and loose items can get caught in moving parts. Avoid placing body parts on moving parts and do not wear loose clothing.
  • Avoid using the product in tight environments to prevent damage or injury.
  • This product does not have brakes. Do not use in areas requiring active braking to prevent rolls, crashes, or bodily injury.
  • Do not use in the dark. Operate only during daytime or in a well-lit area.
  • Avoid continuously hitting obstacles to prevent overheating or motor damage. Drive away from or remove obstacles promptly.
  • For child's safety, ensure the seatbelt is securely fastened and the rider wears personal protective equipment, such as a helmet.

Protective Equipment: Always wear protective equipment when using the ride-on toy.

Correct Fitting: Make sure the helmet covers your forehead.

Incorrect Fitting: Forehead is exposed and vulnerable to injury.

Cell Battery and Rechargeable Battery Handling

  • Do not mix old and new batteries.
  • Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable batteries.
  • Permanent damage may occur if the battery is completely drained. Do not let the battery drain completely.
  • Charge the battery for 8-12 hours. Do not charge for more than 20 hours. Failure to charge as directed can cause permanent damage and void the warranty.
  • Only an adult who has read and understands the safety instructions should handle, charge, and recharge the battery.
  • Disconnect the battery if not used for a long period.

Choking Hazard, Assembly Warning

  • This product contains small parts before assembly. Keep children away during assembly. Assembly should only be performed by an adult.
  • Remove and dispose of all protective materials, plastic bags, and packaging before assembly.
  • This product should not be used by children under 36 months old.

Electric Shock, Fire Hazard, Flammable and Explosive Warning

  • To protect against electrical shock, do not let the cord, charger, transformer, battery, or product contact water or other liquid.
  • Do not drive the vehicle into puddles or contact with any liquid.
  • Do not change, modify, or add any electrical wiring. Alterations can cause short circuits, fire, or irreversible damage.
  • Only use the charger and battery provided or recommended by the manufacturer. Using the wrong type can cause fire and property damage.
  • Check the battery, charger, and connectors for signs of wear or damage each time you charge. Do not use if damaged. Replace damaged parts before use.
  • Do not lift or carry the battery by the wires or charger, as this may damage wires and cause shock or fire.
  • Do not charge for more than 20 hours, as this may overheat the battery and cause damage or fire.

Corrosive Chemical, Product Material Warning

  • Contact or exposure to battery leakage may cause serious injury. If contact occurs, call medical emergency immediately.
  • Battery posts, terminals, and related accessories contain lead and lead compounds, which are toxic and corrosive. Never open the battery.

Assembly Instruction

[Warning Icon] WARNING

This product should only be assembled by an adult. Children can be harmed by small parts, sharp edges, points, or electrical items. Care should be taken when unpacking and assembling the vehicle.

Tools required (not included): Screwdriver, [Tool Icon for wrench/spanner]

Step 1: Rear Wheels

Attach wheel hub (D) to the wheel (C). Secure with three Ø4x16 screws (M). Align the wheel hub with the rear gear box. Slide the rear wheel onto the rear axle, followed by a Ø10 washer (B), and secure with a lock nut (E). Place the hubcap (F) on the wheel. Repeat for the other side.

Step 2: Front Wheels

Slide a Ø10 washer (B) onto the front axle, followed by a wheel (C) and another Ø10 washer (B). Secure the wheel to the front axle with a lock nut (E). Place the hubcap (F) on the wheel. Repeat for the other side.

Note: Check the gap between the wheel and the axle after assembly. Ensure the wheel rotates smoothly but is not too loose. Add or remove washers as needed for smooth and secure operation.

Step 3: Steering Wheel Batteries

Remove the battery cover from the steering wheel (I) by loosening the screw. Insert 2 1.5v AA batteries into the steering wheel, ensuring correct polarity. Replace the cover and tighten the screw.

Step 4: Attach Steering Wheel

Remove the M5x30 machine screw (J) and Ø5 nut (K) from the steering wheel (I). Place the steering wheel over the steering column. Align the holes on the steering wheel with the steering column. Secure the steering wheel by inserting the M5x30 machine screw and tightening the Ø5 nut through the steering column.

Step 5: Attach Windshield

Attach the windshield (H) to the vehicle by fitting the tabs into the grooves until it clicks into place.

Step 6: Attach Side Mirrors

Attach the side mirror (G) to the side of the vehicle. Repeat for the other side.

Step 7: Connect Battery and Seat

Connect the battery to the vehicle. Attach the seat (L) to the vehicle. Fit the tabs on the back of the seat into the grooves on the rear of the vehicle, then tighten the screws.

[Attention Icon] ATTENTION: This product is packed with the battery disconnected. Connect the battery before use.

User's Instruction

Control the vehicle:

  • Power Button: Press to turn the vehicle ON or OFF.
  • Speed Button: Press to switch between high and low speed.
  • Forward / Reverse Lever: Push up to move forward, pull down to move in reverse.
  • Foot Pedal: Press down to move the vehicle, release to slow and stop.
  • Sound Buttons: Press for pre-programmed sounds.
  • R/C - Pedal Switch: Select operation input from remote control or foot pedal.

[Caution Icon] CAUTION: Do not change direction until the vehicle comes to a complete stop. Sudden change in direction may result in permanent damage to the motor.

User's Instruction (Media Player)

Media Player Controls:

  • A. Player Power Button: Press to turn the media player ON or OFF.
  • B. Flash driver port: Allows playback of MP3 files from a flash drive (works best with storage capacity up to 64 GB).
  • C. 3.5mm AUX Port: Allows playback of MP3 files from a device connected via AUX cable.
  • D. Increase Volume
  • E. Decrease Volume
  • F. FM Button: Press to play FM radio.
  • G. Bluetooth
  • H. Horn Button
  • I. Previous Track
  • J. Play / Pause
  • K. Next Track
  • L. Digital Voltmeter: Displays battery power. Recharge when the value is under 12.5v.

User Instruction (Remote Control)

Using the remote control: The remote control should only be used by an adult.

Changing the remote control battery: The remote control requires 2 AAA 1.5v batteries (not included). Remove the back cover, replace batteries with new ones (correct polarity), and replace the cover.

Pairing the remote control:

  • Press the connection button for 3 seconds; the indicator will flash.
  • Turn on the vehicle's power; the indicator should turn solid.
  • If pairing fails, replace the remote control battery and repeat the steps.

Control the Vehicle:

  • Ensure the R/C - Pedal switch on the vehicle is set to remote control input.
  • Press the directional buttons to move the vehicle (Left Turn, Right Turn, Forward, Reverse).
  • Press the "P" button for emergency brake; all functions will be disabled. Press "P" again to re-enable functions.
  • Press the "S" button to switch between high and low speed.

NOTE: The remote control enters power saving mode if not used for 10 seconds.

User Instruction (Charging)

Charging the battery via charging port (Option 1):

  1. Connect the charger to the charging port.
  2. Plug the charger into a wall outlet. The battery will start charging.
  • The vehicle must be OFF when charging.
  • The charger indicator turns red when charging and green when charging is complete.
  • Recharge the battery if the vehicle operates slowly.

NOTE:

  • Damage to the battery may occur if it is completely drained.
  • Charge the battery for about 8-12 hours.
  • Do not charge the battery for more than 20 hours.
  • Charge the battery at least once a month, even if not operating the vehicle, to maximize battery life.
  • Do not charge or store the battery upside down.
  • Keep the charger and battery away from flames, sparks, or flammables.

Charging the battery directly (Option 2):

  1. Remove the seat from the vehicle.
  2. Disconnect the battery from the vehicle.
  3. Loosen the screws and remove the battery from the vehicle.
  4. Connect the charger to the battery and then plug the charger into a wall outlet. The battery will start charging.

[Warning Icon] WARNING: Old battery or battery waste must be taken to a hazardous waste disposal facility, waste handler, or an authorized recycling facility. DO NOT dispose of battery as regular household waste.

Care and Maintenance

  • Check the product regularly for missing or loose parts. Re-tighten any loose parts if necessary.
  • Ensure there are no cracked or broken plastic parts.
  • Store the product away from heat sources, covered with a tarp, and protected from wet weather when not in use.
  • Turn off the product and disconnect the battery if it will not be used for a long period.
  • Clean the vehicle with a cloth. Use a non-wax furniture polish for plastic parts; do not use abrasive cleaners.
  • Do not wash the product with a hose or immerse any parts in water or other liquid.
  • Occasionally use lightweight oil to lubricate moving parts.
  • Regularly charge the battery to prolong its life.
  • Do not store the product near heat sources like stoves and heaters, as plastic parts may melt under high temperatures.

Fuse

The battery features a thermal fuse that automatically trips and cuts off power if the motor, electric system, or battery is overloaded. The fuse resets and power is restored after turning the product OFF for 5-15 seconds and then ON again. If the thermal fuse trips repeatedly during normal use, the vehicle may need repairing.

To prevent the fuse from tripping:

  • Do not overload the vehicle.
  • Do not tow anything behind the vehicle.
  • Do not drive on steep slopes.
  • Do not drive into fixed obstacles that may cause wheels to spin and overheat the motor.
  • Do not operate in hot weather to prevent overheating.
  • Do not allow water or other liquids to contact the battery or electric components.
  • Do not tamper with the electric system.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Reason Solution
Vehicle does not move Low Battery Fully charge the battery.
Fuse Protection Fuse will reset automatically after turning off for 5-15 seconds.
Disconnected / Badly connected battery Reconnect the battery.
Failed battery / motor Contact Customer Service.
Vehicle does not run very long Low Battery Fully charge the battery.
Old / Damaged Battery Replace battery if necessary.
Vehicle runs very slow Low Battery Fully charge the battery.

Vehicle is overloaded Make sure user's weight is under 66 lb / 30 kg.
Vehicle is being used in harsh environment Avoid using the vehicle in harsh environment.

Limited Term Warranty (One Year from Date of Purchase)

Warranty Terms

Kidzone warrants that its merchandise is free from manufacturing defects (workmanship and/or material) and will either give credit or replace defective parts for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase, subject to conditions. If a manufacturing defect is found, Kidzone should be notified promptly with a copy of the invoice and delivery ticket. Inspection by a Kidzone employee or representative may be necessary, or you may be required to submit samples with digital images of the defects. If replacement is required and the defective material is discontinued or unavailable, Kidzone reserves the right to supply similar merchandise or offer full credit. This warranty is made solely to the retailer and is not transferable. It is the retailer's responsibility to contact Kidzone with a claim. Kidzone does not handle claims directly from consumers; all requests must go through the retailer. Retailers should retain invoices for at least one (1) year for warranty purposes. This warranty supersedes and replaces all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No representative is authorized to assume additional liability for Kidzone, except as described. Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness are limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase. Kidzone is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Additional Conditions (Not Manufacturer's Defects)

  • Colors may vary slightly from photos due to photography and printing tolerances.
  • Sizes stated in U.S. standard measurements may vary slightly due to metric system manufacturing.
  • No returns for buyer's remorse.
  • No returns other than stated above will be accepted.

Warranty Void Conditions

This warranty is void under the following conditions:

  1. Improper maintenance or improper use resulting in damage.
  2. Any product modifications by dealer, consumer, or other parties not authorized by Kidzone.
  3. Floor samples sold or products designated "AS IS" at the time of purchase.
  4. Minor variations or differences between floor samples or printed illustrations and your product.
  5. Cost of packaging and shipping to and from Kidzone, unless expressly arranged by Kidzone.
  6. Warranty covers only residential use; not industrial, commercial, institutional, or rental use.
  7. Dissatisfaction due to buyer's remorse.
  8. Normal wear and tear.
  9. Damages incurred during transportation.
  10. Damages incurred during assembling or maintenance.
  11. Damage incurred by accidents or abuse.
