Assembly
Floor Mounting
If the appliance will be used on the floor, attach the feet to the base of the heater using the 4 provided screws. Ensure they are correctly positioned in the designated holes on the base.
Visual Aid Description: An illustration shows the heater base and the feet being attached with screws. The text "УБЕДИТЕСЬ В ТОМ, ЧТО ПРИБОР ЗАНЯЛ УСТОЙЧИВОЕ ВЕРТИКАЛЬНОЕ ПОЛОЖЕНИЕ!" (Ensure the appliance is in a stable vertical position!) is displayed.
Wall Mounting
Note: The distance between the bottom of the heater and the floor must be at least 15 cm. The feet must be removed for wall mounting.
Steps for Wall Mounting:
- Measure the distance between the two upper bracket holes on the back panel of the heater. Determine the desired height for mounting.
- Drill two holes in the wall, approximately 4 cm deep, ensuring the distance between them matches the heater's bracket holes. Insert wall plugs (dowels) into the holes.
- Attach the two upper wall brackets to the wall using screws, as shown in the diagram.
- Before mounting the heater, attach the two lower brackets to the bottom of the heater, with the shorter side facing down.
- Hang the heater onto the upper wall brackets, aligning the heater's back panel holes with the brackets.
- Secure the heater by engaging it with the bracket slots.
- With the heater correctly mounted, mark the positions for the lower wall brackets on the wall using a pencil.
- Remove the heater from the wall.
- Drill two holes at the marked positions and insert wall plugs.
- Re-hang the heater as described in step 5. Attach the lower brackets to the wall using screws, but do not overtighten them initially.
Visual Aid Description: Diagrams illustrate the process: Diagram A shows bracket hole placement on the heater. Diagram B shows wall brackets (X2). Diagram C shows lower brackets being attached to the heater. Diagrams D (a, b, c, d) show bracket details and wall attachment points.
Using the Appliance
Before First Use
- Unpack the appliance and remove all packaging materials and labels. Keep warning labels and the serial number plate.
- Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Clean accessories in soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
Note: It is normal for the heater to emit a slight smell or fumes when first turned on or after a long period of disuse. This will disappear shortly.
Operation
- Choose a suitable location, considering the safety instructions.
- Before connecting to power, set the thermostat knob to the leftmost position (minimum).
- Plug the heater into a suitable socket.
- Turn the thermostat knob fully clockwise to the maximum setting.
- Switch on the heating elements using the heating mode switches (1). An indicator light will illuminate. Using both switches activates maximum power (up to 2000 Watts).
- When the desired room temperature is reached, slowly turn the thermostat knob counter-clockwise until you hear a click. The heater will now maintain the set temperature by cycling on and off automatically.
Temperature Regulation
Temperature can be regulated in two ways:
- By rotating the thermostat knob: clockwise to increase temperature, counter-clockwise to decrease.
- By setting different power modes using the switches: 850W (Minimum Power), 1150W (Average Power), 2000W (Maximum Power - both switches on).
Turning Off
- To turn off the heater, turn the thermostat controller to the leftmost position and the heating mode switches to the off position.
- Only then, disconnect the unit from the power supply.
- Always allow the appliance to cool down completely before storing it.
- Ensure nothing obstructs the air vent system to prevent damage to the unit.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always unplug the heater from the wall socket and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior surface with a soft, damp cloth and then buff with a dry cloth.
- Do not use detergents, abrasives, organic solvents, or aggressive liquids.
- Do not allow water to enter the heater.
- If the heater is not used for extended periods, protect it from dust and store it in a clean, dry place.
