Connect ShinePhone APP
Use the ShinePhone application to remotely monitor and control your NEXA 2000 All-in-one Balcony Solar Storage system.
Create A Power Plant
- Scan the QR code or search for 'ShinePhone' on the App Store or Google Play to download the APP.
- Click "Register" to create an account.
- Create a power plant by setting the time, location, PV capacity, and grid electricity price information.
Configure Network
- Connect NEXA 2000 to the network.
- Navigate to the "Plant" page in the app. Click the "+" button, select "Add device", and choose "Balcony Solar Storage".
- Select "NEXA 2000" and follow the app's instructions to complete the setup and add it to your power plant.
Note on Re-pairing: If the device is already bound, press the IoT button for 3 seconds to unpair it before pairing with a new mobile device.
Set Operation Mode
Users can set different working modes for different time periods:
- Load First Mode: Prioritizes using photovoltaic power for the load. Excess energy is stored in the battery. If PV generation is insufficient, the battery discharges to supplement the load. Default system output power is 200W, adjustable via the APP.
- Battery First Mode: Prioritizes charging the battery until it reaches its upper limit SOC. Discharging stops when fully charged. Any excess PV energy is then outputted.
- Smart Self-consumption Mode: Available when connected to a smart meter. Intelligently adjusts system output based on home power consumption.
Note: The default mode is Load First, with a default system output power of 200W, which can be adjusted in the APP.
Other Important Settings
- On-grid Status: Enable for on-grid status, disable for off-grid status.
- Power+ Function: Adjusts the maximum grid-connected output power. Use with caution.
- Export Limit Function: Limits feed-in power when associated with a wireless meter (0% = no feed-in, 10% = 10% maximum feed-in).
Cold-start
When the battery temperature is between -30°C and -20°C, connecting solar panels with photovoltaic input can automatically heat the battery to its working temperature, allowing the NEXA 2000 to function normally in low-temperature environments.
Battery temperature | Remaining heating time/min |
---|---|
-30°C | 83 |
-25°C | 75 |
-20°C (Minimum allowable discharge temperature) | 65 |
-15°C | 54 |
-10°C | 42 |
-5°C | 29 |
0°C (Minimum allowable charging temperature) | 15 |
5°C | 0 |
Note: Estimated heating time is based on maximum heating power (≥140W PV input) and is for reference only. Heating stops when the battery temperature reaches 5°C. If the current temperature is -20°C, it takes 65 minutes to heat up to 5°C. If the NEXA 2000 is below 0°C and PV input power is ≤140W, PV energy is prioritized for battery heating.
