Growatt NOAH 2000 Upgrade Guide: Integration with Shelly Smart Meters
The Growatt NOAH 2000 storage unit can be used with intelligent meters to monitor household consumption. It intelligently controls power consumption and discharge, maximizing solar energy utilization. This article outlines the setup process.
1. Compatible Smart Meters
Compatible Smart Meter models that can be combined with NOAH 2000 include:
- Shelly 3EM
- Shelly Pro 3EM
2. User Guide
Step 1: Update ShinePhone App to the Latest Version
Scan the QR code [QR code for ShinePhone app download] or search for "ShinePhone" in the App Store or Google Play to download the latest version.
Step 2: Configure NOAH 2000
On the plant page, click the '+' icon [plus icon] in the top right corner and select 'Add Device' to configure your NOAH 2000.

Step 3: Update Firmware to the Latest Version
On the settings page, click on 'Firmware Version' to access the upgrade page.

Step 4: Authorize the Shelly Meter
First, click 'Add Device' and select 'Shelly Meter'. Then, enter your Shelly account credentials and click 'LOGIN'. Next, select the meter you wish to associate and click 'YES' to consent to authorization and save the meter type. Finally, click the 'Next Step' button [next step button] in the top right corner to proceed.

Step 5: Link Shelly Meter with NOAH 2000
Select the Shelly meter and NOAH 2000 to be linked, then click 'DONE' to complete the pairing.

Step 6: Set Operating Mode
Navigate to the operating mode settings page and click 'Add Time' [add time button]. Set a time period, scroll down, and select 'Intelligent Self-Consumption Mode'. Click 'Yes' [yes button] in the top right corner.

3. Intelligent Self-Consumption Mode
Click to access the Shelly page and view real-time household electricity consumption. Set the operating mode to 'Intelligent Self-Consumption Mode' and wait for 3 minutes. You will observe NOAH adjusting its discharge power based on the Shelly data.
