Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach desk leg frames (20, 21) and support beams (26, 27) to the base panel (4) using screws C (M7*50) and F (M6*45).
Step 2
Attach drawer unit side panels (5, 6) and support bars (7) to the drawer unit base panel (13) using screws C (M7*50) and F (M6*45).
Step 3
Attach desk leg frames (19, 21) and support bars (7) to the desk panels (1, 2) using screws C (M7*50).
Step 4
Attach support brackets (33 CL/CR) to the inner drawer unit side panels (11, 12) using screws D (M3.5*14).
Step 5: Cam Lock Fastening System
This Cam Lock Fastening System is used throughout the assembly process. Insert cam bolts into pre-drilled holes and then insert cam locks into corresponding holes. Turn cam locks to secure components.
Assemble the drawer unit sides (11, 12) and drawer unit bottom panel (9) using cam lock system components (A, B).
Step 6
Attach the drawer unit back panel (10) and drawer unit bottom panel (13) to the assembled drawer unit sides (11, 12) using screws C (M7*50) and E (M6*35). Note: Tighten screws of 70%.
Step 7
Connect the main desk frame components. Attach desk leg frames (19, 22) and support beams (30, 31) to the desk panels (1, 2) using screws C (M7*50), E (M6*35), and F (M6*45).
Step 8
Attach desk leg frames (6, 19) to the desk panels (1, 2) using screws C (M7*50).
Step 9
Connect the main desk sections and the drawer unit. Attach desk leg frames (5, 19, 20) and support beams (28, 29) to the desk panels (1, 2) and drawer unit using screws C (M7*50), E (M6*35), and F (M6*45). Also attach drawer slides (30) to the drawer unit side panels.
Step 10
Attach desktop support bars (24, 25) to the desk structure using screws E (M6*35) and F (M6*45).
Step 11
Attach the main desktop panel (1) to the desk structure using screws E (M6*35).
Step 12
Connect the main desktop panel (1) to the side desktop panel (2) and corner desktop panel (3) using screws E (M6*35).
Step 13
Attach sliding mechanism supports (part of 34) to the desk structure using screws L (Ø8*40).
Step 14
Attach drawer slides (31) to the drawer unit side panels (15, 16) using screws E (M6*35).
Step 15
Attach the adjustable feet/levelers (34) to the desk leg frames (specifically the drawer unit side legs) using screws H (M5*12).
Step 16
Attach the drawer unit leg frames (34 L, 34 R) to the main desk structure using screws H (M5*12).
Step 17
Assemble the drawer box components: drawer side panels (15, 16), drawer back panel (17), and drawer bottom panel (18) using screws C (M7*50).
Step 18
Further assemble the drawer box. Attach drawer front panel (14) to the drawer sides (15, 16) using screws A (M5*42) and B (Ø15*12). Attach drawer slides (32) to the drawer sides using screws K (M4*18).
Step 19
Attach drawer slides (33 DL, 33 DR) to the drawer unit side panels (16, 17) using screws D (M3.5*14).
Step 20
Connect the final desk sections. The diagram shows the main desk and the drawer unit being brought together and secured.
Installation Completed
