Tools Required (not included): Screwdriver, Allen Wrench. Ensure correct screw sizes (e.g., 3mm, 4mm, 6.4mm) are used.
Attention: Be sure to use the proper screws to avoid damaging the parts. Wrong screws can cause the plank to crack. The right screw is the right size.
Assembly Steps
STEP 1
Attach part 9 to parts 8 and 10. Use twelve (12) hardware pieces labeled 'I' and six (6) hardware pieces labeled 'J'. Pay attention to the direction of assembly.
STEP 2
Attach part 7 to parts 9 and 10. Use two (2) hardware pieces labeled 'A' and two (2) hardware pieces labeled 'F'. Pay attention to the direction.
STEP 3
Attach part 7 to parts 9 and 10. Use four (4) hardware pieces labeled 'F' and four (4) hardware pieces labeled 'A'.
STEP 4
Attach parts 13 and 14 to parts 7, 9, and 8. Use six (6) hardware pieces labeled 'F'.
STEP 5
Attach part 6 to parts 7 and 9. Use six (6) hardware pieces labeled 'A'.
STEP 6
Attach part 12 to parts 7 and 8. Use four (4) hardware pieces labeled 'A'.
STEP 7
Attach parts 5 to parts 7 and 8. Use four (4) hardware pieces labeled 'G'.
STEP 8
Attach parts 11 to parts 5 and 8. Use four (4) hardware pieces labeled 'L'. Note the 'Short side' and 'Long side' orientation for part 11.
STEP 9
Attach parts 2 and 3 to part 4. Use two (2) hardware pieces labeled 'B' and two (2) hardware pieces labeled 'N'. Ensure the three holes on part 2 are assembled in the same direction.
STEP 10
Attach parts 4 and E to part 9. Use two (2) hardware pieces labeled 'E'.
STEP 11
Attach part 1 to parts 3 and 10. Use six (6) hardware pieces labeled 'D'.
STEP 12
Attach parts 3 and 10 to part 1. Use four (4) hardware pieces labeled 'C'. The screw passes through the No. 10 plate and the No. 3 Iron Pipe. Lock on the No. 1 plate.
STEP 13
Attach parts 22, 20, and 21 to parts 18, 17, and 16. Use four (4) hardware pieces labeled 'A' and four (4) hardware pieces labeled 'G'.
STEP 14
Attach parts 16, 17, and 18 to part 21 and part 16. Use four (4) hardware pieces labeled 'I' and one (1) hardware piece labeled 'J'.
STEP 15
Attach parts 15, 17, and 18 to parts 15, 17, and 18. Use eight (8) hardware pieces labeled 'G'.
STEP 16
Attach parts 19 and 21 to parts 15, 17, and 18. Use eight (8) hardware pieces labeled 'A' and eight (8) hardware pieces labeled 'J'.
STEP 17
Attach part 1 to parts 15, 16, and 18. Use two (2) hardware pieces labeled 'H'.
STEP 18
Attach part K to part 1. Use one (1) hardware piece labeled 'H'.
STEP 19
Apply part O (adhesive strip) to the bottom plate. Tear off the tape and apply it to the bottom plate, then press it firmly with your hand. Final assembly using parts J and M.
