Wiring Diagrams
Wiring with Common Power Supply and Electromagnetic Lock
The diagram shows connections for:
- Doorbell (Pink wires to BELL_A and BELL_B)
- Exit Button (Yellow wire to OPEN)
- Magnetic Lock (Orange wire to NC, Red wire to +12V, Black wire to GND)
- Wiegand Interface (Green wire to D0, White wire to D1)
- Power Input (Red wire to +12V, Black wire to GND)
- Relay Output (Blue wire to NO, Purple wire to COM)
Alternative Power Supply (Recommended: EA-31A Power Supply)
The diagram illustrates a similar setup with an alternative power supply unit, showing connections for the magnetic lock, exit button, doorbell, and the main unit.
Important Notes on Power and Safety:
- The access control is not designed to control voltages greater than 30V or devices directly powered by the mains.
- Connecting any part of the circuit to the mains or to a voltage >35V can cause electric shock and fire hazards.
- The Access control operates with a voltage of 12V -24VDC / 1A. Incorrect power supply will destroy the device and is not covered by warranty.
- Installation should be performed by qualified technicians with sufficient knowledge of electrical installations.
- Never connect voltage greater than 30V to the relay's dry contact. The maximum voltage controllable via the dry contact is 30V AC 3A.
