Important Notes & Warnings

⚠️ The air compressor is primarily intended for tire and sports ball inflation. It features an automatic shut-off function if no air pressure change is detected after one minute of operation.

• Continuous use is limited: We recommend a maximum of 12 minutes of continuous operation followed by a 15-minute cool-down period. Extended use beyond 12 minutes can lead to overheating, potential damage, or personal injury.
• The connecting part between the air compressor and hose may become hot after inflation. Wait for it to cool down before detaching to avoid burns.
• Do not throw the product into fire or dispose of it improperly.

Instructions

Charging Method

• Use a 5V 2A charger (purchased separately) and the included Type-C cable to charge the product.
• The charging indicator light will be red while charging and turn green when fully charged.

Turning the Product On and Off

• To turn on: Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds.
• To turn off: Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds.
• The product will automatically shut off after one minute of inactivity or when the battery is low.

Selecting Unit/Mode

• Unit Selection: When the product is on, press and hold the Settings Button to cycle through the available units: PSI, Bar, kPa, kg/cm².
• Mode Selection: When the product is on, short-press the Settings Button to switch between the four preset inflation modes: Bike Mode, Motor Mode, Car Mode, Basketball Mode.

Preset the Pressure Value

• When the product is on, use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the desired pressure value. Pressing and holding the buttons will adjust the value more quickly.
• Once the desired pressure is set, the value will flash three times and automatically save.

Air Hose Connection

• Connect one end of the air hose to the air compressor and tighten it clockwise.
• Then, tightly connect the other end of the air hose to the valve of the item to be inflated.

Start Inflating

• Press the Power Button to begin inflation. The LCD screen will display the real-time pressure.
• Note: The product may produce noise during operation, and the air hose can become warm after prolonged use. Avoid touching the hose and connector immediately after use.

Stop Inflating

• The AstroAI smart portable air compressor will automatically shut off once the pre-set air pressure is reached.
• You can also short-press the Power Button to stop the inflation manually at any time.

LED Illumination

Press the LED Button to turn the built-in LED light on or off.

Pressure Measurement

When the air hose is connected to the object to be inflated and the product is powered on, the real-time pressure value will be displayed on the screen.

Power Bank Function

The product's USB output port allows you to charge external devices, functioning as a portable power bank.

Troubleshooting

• Product will not turn on: Check the battery level. Rechargeable batteries can discharge during idle periods.
• Product heats up: This is normal, as the air compressing process generates heat, especially after extended use.
• Product overheats or fails to turn on: The built-in overheating protection may have activated. Allow the product a 15-minute cool-down period before attempting to use it again.
• Noise during use: It is normal for the product to produce around 75 dB of noise.

Maintenance

• Keep the product in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing it in direct sunlight for extended periods.
• The product uses lithium batteries. For long-term storage, charge the battery to 50%-80% capacity. Store in a dry and cool location.
• To extend the service life of the battery, recharge the product once every 3 months.
• Note: Battery capacity and service life may be affected in low-temperature environments. Avoid this if possible.
