RCD Test

WARNING

Risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with an RCD on the power cord. The RCD must be tested before each use. If the RCD does not function properly, do not use the hot tub. The power cord must remain disconnected until the fault is identified and rectified. For fault rectification, contact a qualified electrician. There are no user-serviceable parts on the RCD. Opening it will void the warranty!

  1. Connect the device to the main power supply.
  2. Press the RESET button on the RCD. The indicator light should turn red.
  3. Press the TEST button on the RCD. The red indicator light should turn off. If the indicator light on the RCD does not turn off, the RCD is faulty. Do not use the hot tub until the fault is rectified by a qualified electrician.
  4. Press the RESET button on the RCD again. The indicator light should turn red. If it does, the hot tub is ready for use.

Hot Tub Installation

NOTE: Move the complete package to the installation location. Never drag the tub on the ground, as this can cause damage. Carefully open the carton and keep it for later storage of the hot tub.

NOTE: Unpack all parts from the box onto the floor and ensure nothing is missing. If you find any parts missing or damaged, contact your dealer or the appropriate service center.

ASSEMBLING THE HOT TUB

Inflating the Tub Walls

  1. Remove the thermal mat from the box and spread it on the cleaned, smooth surface chosen for your hot tub. Spread the hot tub out on the mat with the drain valve facing a suitable direction for later water drainage. NOTE: Place the mat with the bubbles facing down towards the ground.
  2. Press the BUBBLE and UP buttons simultaneously to start the self-inflation function.
  3. Inflation will automatically stop when optimal pressure is reached.

NOTE: You can also stop self-inflation manually by pressing the BUBBLE button again.

  1. After inflation, the pressure gauge should indicate the yellow range.

NOTE: Periodically, you may need to re-inflate the tub or release air to the yellow range at high temperatures. Changes in daily and nightly temperatures cause changes in air pressure inside the tub, leading to deflation or over-inflation. To re-inflate, turn off all functions and hold the BUBBLE button for more than 3 seconds until the pressure gauge shows the yellow range (if the tub is deflated) or the green range (if the tub is filled with water).

[Diagrams showing inflation process and pressure gauge readings]

IMPORTANT: ENSURE THE HOT TUB IS ALWAYS PROPERLY INFLATED ACCORDING TO THE PRESSURE GAUGE.

[Diagrams showing pressure gauge in yellow and green ranges]

Ensure the pressure gauge shows the yellow range in the following situations:

Ensure the pressure gauge shows the green range in the following situations:

WARNING: If the pressure gauge shows the white range, the air pressure in the hot tub is too high. Gently turn the valve cap counterclockwise and slowly release air. Once the pressure gauge returns to the yellow or green range, tighten the cap again.

[Diagram showing inflation steps and pressure gauge]

Installing the Filter Cartridge

  1. Attach the filter cartridge base to the suction jet grille (upper position) and secure it by turning.

NOTE: The filter cartridge base is designed to be secured and removed by screwing and unscrewing. Never force it, as this could cause damage.

NOTE: Inflate the hot tub before installing the filter cartridge.

NOTE: Always have the filter cartridge installed when the hot tub is filled with water.

Filling the Hot Tub with Water

  1. Before filling the tub with water, ensure the drain valve cap is securely closed.
  2. Fill the hot tub with clean water up to the level between the MIN and MAX marks indicated on the inner wall of the tub.

WARNING:

Water Heating

  1. Place the inflatable cover on the hot tub, followed by the cover with buckles. Ensure the buckles are securely fastened and tightened.
  2. Check that the tub is connected to the power supply and follow the instructions in the "Controller Functions" chapter.

MAINTENANCE AND CHEMICALS

CAUTION: BEFORE PERFORMING ANY HOT TUB MAINTENANCE, ENSURE IT IS DISCONNECTED FROM THE POWER SUPPLY, OTHERWISE THERE IS A RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK OR DEATH.

FILTER CARTRIDGE MAINTENANCE

  1. After each use of the hot tub, check the filter cartridge and clean it. Follow the instructions below:

[Diagram showing filter cartridge cleaning]

NOTE: Replace the filter cartridge every 3-5 days of use, or if it remains discolored or dirty after cleaning. The cartridge cover can be reused depending on its condition.

NOTE: The filter cartridge must always be installed when the hot tub is filled with water.

NOTE: Turn off all hot tub functions before replacing or cleaning the filter cartridge.

  1. If the suction or return jet is clogged with dirt, use the provided wrench. Unscrew the jet with the wrench and clean the dirt.

NOTE: Ensure the water is drained from the hot tub before removing the jet. Never remove jets when there is water in the tub!

HOT TUB WATER

  1. Change the water in your hot tub every 3-5 days, depending on the intensity of use. If visible dirt is present or the water is cloudy and chemical treatments do not clean it, change the water and clean the tub (see "Draining, Cleaning, and Storage" section).
  2. Shower before using the hot tub. Cosmetics, creams, and residues of other substances on the skin can quickly degrade water quality and clog the filter cartridge.
  3. When the tub is not in use, cover it and secure it with buckles to prevent water contamination.
  4. Maintain proper water quality by using only chemicals intended for hot tubs. Damage to the hot tub caused by improper use of chemicals or insufficient water maintenance is not covered by the warranty. Consult your local pool or hot tub dealer for proper chemical use.

Water Maintenance

The hot tub owner must regularly check water quality and keep it clean and safe at planned intervals (daily, if necessary). The use of disinfectants and other chemicals will control the proliferation of bacteria and viruses. Maintaining proper water balance through the correct use of disinfectants is the most important factor in maximizing the lifespan and appearance of the hot tub, as well as ensuring clean, healthy, and safe water. Proper technique is important for testing and treating hot tub water. Contact your dealer with questions about chemicals, disinfection, and water testing procedures.

Water Balancing

Follow these instructions for hot tub water maintenance.

PARAMETER MEASUREMENT FREQUENCY CORRECT LEVEL
pH 1 x daily 7.2-7.6 with chlorine; 7.2-7.8 with bromine
Free Chlorine 1 x daily 3-5 ppm
Bromine 1 x daily 2-4 ppm
