Toboli Radiator Cover Assembly Instructions

Safety Instructions

• Read all instructions carefully and assemble the radiator cover according to these instructions. If in doubt, contact an expert.
• If children are present during assembly, keep an eye on them as there are small parts they could swallow.
• Use appropriate tools for assembling the radiator cover.
• Ensure the item is properly secured.
• Check the secure mounting of the item to the wall.
• Never stand on or sit on the radiator cover.

Attention! Do not overtighten screws. Excessive torque can cause the plate to crack. We recommend using a manual screwdriver rather than an electric tool.

Assembly Steps

Step 1:

Attach parts 7, 4, 5, and 8 to part 1 using screws (C) and dowels (B). Ensure the 'smallhole' on part 1 aligns correctly.

Step 2:

Connect the assembly from Step 1 to part 3 using dowels (B) and screws (C). Repeat for the other side using parts 7, 4, 5, and 8 with part 3.

Step 3:

Assemble the two sides using parts 4, 7, 1, 8, and 5, connecting them with screws (C) and dowels (B).

Step 4:

Attach parts 3 to the sides using screws (E) and dowels (B). Insert screws (6) into the designated holes.

Step 5:

Join parts 9 and 10 using dowels (B) and screws (D).

Step 6:

Connect the assembled top parts (9 and 10) to the main structure using screws (3), dowels (B), and screws (C). Attach parts 7, 4, 6, 5, 8, and 1.

Step 7:

Insert the radiator slats (parts 6) into the designated slots on the frame. Secure with screws (3).

Step 8:

Mount the radiator cover to the wall. Use mounting plates (A) and screws (G) with wall plugs (F). Ensure the screws are appropriate for your wall type (e.g., 35-40mm for wall mounting). Use screws (H) for securing the plates.

Step 9:

Attach the top cover parts (9 and 10) to the assembled radiator cover using screws (3) and dowels (B).
