Unfolding the Handcart

Unpack the folded cart and lay it flat on the floor.
Press the plastic buckles on the carrying case to open it.
Remove the carrying case from the cart.
Pull apart the Velcro fastener on the handle of the bag.
Remove the handle from the plastic fastener.
Unfold the cart.
Loosen the two rear wheels to pull them to the right and left.
The wheels must then be at both ends of the axle.
The fully unfolded cart should now be ready for use.
