Quick Start Guide
This guide provides essential information for setting up and using your One Talk T64LTE 4G Desk Phone.

Assembling the Phone
1. Desk-mount
Attach the Stand to the phone unit.

3. Connect Cables

Note: The T64LTE Desk phone should be used with the Yealink original power adapter (12 V/1A) only. Using a third-party power adapter may cause damage to the phone.
4. Optional: Connect USB Devices

Note: The USB port (5 V/0.5A) can also be used to connect other USB devices.
Getting to Know Your Device

Starting the Phone
Once powered on, the phone automatically begins initialization and connects to the 4G network. The first-time setup process, including firmware updates, takes approximately 15 minutes and should not be interrupted. The phone is ready for use when the 911 address appears on the screen. If the address is missing or inaccurate, contact your administrator immediately, as this address is critical for emergency personnel.
Using the Touch Screen
By default, the LTE Desk phone supports three idle screens. The home screen displays the time, date, network status, and icons for key functions.

Status Icons
- Mute mode: Mute mode is enabled.
- 4G LTE active: The device is connected to a 4G LTE wireless network.
- Signal Strength: Indicates cellular network signal strength.
- Network not available: No wireless network is available.
- (White) Wi-Fi active: Wi-Fi is active.
- (Green) Wi-Fi available: A Wi-Fi network is available.
Control Center and Menu
Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the control center and notification center.

Control Center
Drag the slider to adjust screen brightness. To manage common functions, capture a screenshot, or access the Settings screen, tap the corresponding icons.
Menu
- Tap to enter the Settings menu.
- Tap to enter the Message menu.
- Tap to use the Recorder to record audio and manage recordings.
- Tap to view notification messages.
- Tap to enter the Gallery menu to view images.
Notification Icons
- Missed call: A call has been missed.
- New email: New email has arrived.
- New SMS: New SMS has arrived.
- New voicemail: New voicemail message has been received.
Basic Call Functions
Placing a Call
- Using the handset: Pick up the handset, enter the number, then tap [Send].
- Using the speakerphone: With the handset on-hook, press [Speakerphone]. Enter the number, then tap [Send].
- Using the headset: With the headset connected, press [Headset] to activate headset mode. Enter the number, then tap [Send].
Note: You can alternate between headset, speakerphone, and handset modes during a call by pressing the respective keys or picking up the handset. Headset mode requires a connected headset.
Answering a Call
- Using the handset: Pick up the handset.
- Using the speakerphone: Press [Speakerphone].
- Using the headset: Press [Headset].
Note: You can reject an incoming call by tapping [Reject].
Ending a Call
- Using the handset: Hang up the handset or tap [End Call].
- Using the speakerphone: Press [Speakerphone] or tap [End Call].
- Using the headset: Tap [End Call].
Redialing a Call
- Press to enter the Placed Calls list and tap the desired entry.
- Press twice when the phone is idle to dial the last dialed number.
Muting and Unmuting a Call
- Press [Mute] to mute the microphone during a call. Press again to un-mute.
Forwarding a Call
To enable call forward:
- Tap [Settings] > [Features] > [Call Forward].
- Select the desired forward type: Always Forward: Incoming calls are forwarded unconditionally. Busy Forward: Incoming calls are forwarded when the phone is busy. No Answer Forward: Incoming calls are forwarded if not answered after a period of time.
- Enter the number to forward to. For No Answer Forward, select the desired ring time from the 'After Ring Time' field.
- Tap [Accept] to save the change.
Initiating a Conference Call
- Tap [Conference] during an active call. The call is placed on hold.
- Enter the number of the second party and tap [Conference].
- Tap [Conference] again when the second party answers. Three parties are now joined.
Configuring and Using Speed Dial
To configure a speed-dial key:
- Tap [Settings] > [Features] > [Dsskey].
- Select the desired dsskey.
- Select 'SpeedDial' from the Type field, choose the desired line from the Account ID field, enter a label in the 'Label' field, and enter the number in the 'Value' field.
- Tap [Accept] to save.
To use the speed-dial key: Tap the speed-dial key to dial the preset number.
Listening to Voicemail Messages
The 'message waiting' indicator on the idle screen and a slowly flashing red power LED indicate waiting voicemail messages. To listen:
- Press [Connect] or the voicemail button.
- Follow the voice prompts.
Customizing Your Phone
Managing Call History
- Tap [Call History].
- Scroll using the touch screen.
- Tap an entry to perform actions: [Send] to call, [Add] to add to local directory, [Edit] to modify before calling, [Blocklist] to add to block list, [Delete] to remove from the list.
Managing Contact Directory
- Adding a Contact: Tap [Directory], tap [Add], enter name and contact numbers, then tap [Accept].
- Editing a Contact: Tap [Directory], tap the desired entry, edit information, then tap [Accept].
- Deleting a Contact: Tap [Directory], tap the desired entry, then tap [Delete], and confirm by tapping [OK].
Adjusting the Volume
Press the [Volume Up] or [Volume Down] keys to adjust the volume.
Setting Ringtones
- Tap [Settings] > [Basic Settings] > [Sound] > [Ring Tones].
- Select 'Common' or the desired account.

General Requirements
- Read safety instructions carefully before installation and use.

- Do not attempt to dismantle the device.
Environmental Requirements
- Place the device in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.
- Keep the device dry and free of dust.
- Place the device on a stable and level surface.
- Do not place heavy objects on the device.
- Do not place the device near flammable materials or heat sources like candles or electric heaters.
- Keep the device away from strong magnetic or electromagnetic fields (e.g., microwave ovens, refrigerators).
Operating Requirements
- Do not allow children to operate the device without supervision.
- Prevent children from playing with the device or accessories to avoid accidental swallowing.
- Use only manufacturer-provided or authorized accessories.
- Ensure the power supply meets the device's input voltage requirements.
- Always ensure hands are dry before plugging or unplugging cables.
- Do not spill liquids on the product or use it near water (e.g., bathtub, sink, pool).
- Avoid treading on, pulling, or overbending cables.
- During thunderstorms, stop using the device and disconnect it from power.
- If the device emits smoke, abnormal noise, or smell, disconnect power immediately and contact a maintenance center.
- Do not insert unauthorized objects into equipment slots.
- Connect the grounding cable before connecting any other cables, and do not disconnect it until all other cables are disconnected.
Cleaning Requirements
- Stop using and disconnect the device from power before cleaning.
- Use a soft, dry, antistatic cloth for cleaning.
- Keep the power plug clean and dry to prevent electric shock.
