Quick-start guide
Package contents
The following items are included in your package:
- Phone: The main desk phone unit.
- Handset: The telephone handset.
- Stand: A stand for positioning the phone.
- Quick-start guide: This document.
- Handset cord: A cord to connect the handset to the phone.
- Power adaptor: An adapter to power the phone.
- Wall-mount bracket (optional accessory; SKU: T67WMB): An optional bracket for mounting the phone on a wall.
Assembling the phone
Desk-mount method
Attach the stand to the phone for desk placement.
Wall-mount method
Align the phone with the wall-mount bracket and push to secure.
Connecting cables
- Connect cables: Use the Yealink original power adaptor (12 V/1 A) only. Using a third-party adapter may damage the phone.
- Connect any USB devices (optional): The USB port can also be used to connect other USB devices, such as the EXP50.
Getting to know your device

Starting the phone
Upon powering on, the phone initiates an automatic setup process, connecting to the 4G network and updating firmware. This first-time setup takes approximately 15 minutes and should not be interrupted. The phone is ready when the 911 address appears on the screen. If this address is missing or inaccurate, contact your administrator immediately, as it is critical for emergency personnel.
Using the touch screen
The phone supports three idle screens. The home screen displays the time, date, and network status.
Navigation:
- Swipe left or right to switch between idle screens.
- Tap [Back] to go to the previous screen.
- Tap [Home] to return to the idle screen.
- Tap [Recent Apps] to view and manage recently used applications.
Status icons:
- Mute mode: [Mute] mode is enabled.
- [4G] LTE active: Connected to a 4G LTE wireless network.
- Signal strength: Cellular network signal strength [Cellular Signal].
- Network not available: No wireless network is available [Network Unavailable].
- (White) [Wi-Fi] active: Wi-Fi is active.
- (Green) [Wi-Fi] available: A Wi-Fi network is available.
Control center and notification center
Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the control center and notification center.
Control center
- Turn common functions on/off by tapping icons.
- Capture a screenshot or go to the Settings screen [Settings].
- Adjust screen brightness by dragging the slider.
Notification center
Displays notifications, missed calls, voice mail, and forwarded calls.
- To delete all notifications, tap [Delete All].
- To delete a specific notification, swipe left or right.
- To view details, tap the desired notification message.
Notification Icons:
- Missed call: A call has been missed [Missed Call].
- New email: New email has arrived [Email].
- New SMS has arrived [SMS].
- New voicemail: New voicemail message has been received [Voicemail].
Basic call functions
Placing a call
- Using the handset: Pick up the handset, enter the number, then tap [Send].
- Using the speakerphone: With the handset on-hook, press [Speakerphone], enter the number, then tap [Send].
- Using the headset: With the headset connected, press [Headset] to activate headset mode, enter the number, then tap [Send].
Note: You can alternate between headset, speakerphone, and handset modes during a call by pressing the respective keys or picking up the handset.
Answering a call
- Using the handset: Pick up the handset.
- Using the speakerphone: Press [Speakerphone].
- Using the headset: Press [Headset].
Note: You can reject an incoming call by tapping [Reject].
Ending a call
- Using the handset: Hang up the handset or tap [End Call].
- Using the speakerphone: Press [Speakerphone] or tap [End Call].
- Using the headset: Tap [End Call].
Redialing a call
- Press [Redial] to enter the Placed Calls list, then tap the desired entry.
- Press [Redial] twice when the phone is idle to dial the last-dialed number.
Muting and unmuting a call
- Press [Mute] to mute the microphone during a call.
- Press [Mute] again to unmute the call.
Holding and resuming a call
- To hold a call: Press [Hold] during an active call.
- To resume a call: If one call is on hold, press [Hold] or tap [Resume]. If multiple calls are on hold, tap the desired call, then press [Hold] or tap [Resume].
Transferring a call
Direct transfer: Tap [Transfer] during an active call (call is placed on hold), enter the number, press [Transfer], and select Direct.
Consultative transfer: Tap [Transfer] during an active call (call is placed on hold), enter the number, press [Send], then tap [Transfer] when the second party answers.
Forwarding a call
To enable call forward:
- Tap Settings [Settings] > Features [Features] > Call Forward [Call Forward].
- Select the desired forward type: Always Forward, Busy Forward, or No Answer Forward.
- Enter the forwarding number. For No Answer Forward, set the ring time in the After Ring Time field.
- Tap [Accept] to save changes.
Initiating a conference call
- Tap [Conference] during an active call (call is placed on hold).
- Enter the second party's number, then tap [Conference].
- Tap [Conference] again when the second party answers. Three parties are now joined.
Customizing your phone
Managing call history
- Tap [Call History].
- Scroll up and down.
- Tap an entry to perform actions: [Send] to call, [Add] to local directory, [Edit] entry, [Blocklist] entry, or [Delete] entry.
Managing the contact directory
Adding a contact:
- Tap [Contacts].
- Tap [Add Contact].
- Enter contact name and numbers.
- Tap [Accept].
Editing a contact:
- Tap [Contacts].
- Tap an entry, then tap [Edit].
- Edit contact information.
- Tap [Accept].
Deleting a contact:
- Tap [Contacts].
- Tap an entry, then tap [Delete].
- Confirm by tapping [OK] when prompted "Delete selected item?".
Adjusting the volume
Press [Volume Up] or [Volume Down] to adjust the volume.
Setting ringtones
- Tap Settings [Settings] > Basic Settings [Basic Settings] > Sound [Sound] > Ring Tones [Ring Tones].
- Select Common or the desired account.
- Select the desired ringtone.
- Tap [Accept].
Regulatory notices
Operating ambient temperatures:
- Operating temperature: +14° F to 113° F (-10° C to 45° C).
- Relative humidity: 5% to 90%, noncondensing.
- Storage temperature: -22° F to +160° F (-30° C to +70° C).

Operating requirements
- Do not allow children to operate the device without supervision.
- Do not let children play with the device or accessories to prevent accidental swallowing.
- Use only manufacturer-provided or authorized accessories.
- Ensure the power supply meets the device's input voltage requirements.
- Ensure hands are completely dry before plugging or unplugging cables.
- Do not spill liquids on the product or use near water (e.g., bathtub, sink, wet basement, swimming pool).
- Do not tread on, pull, or overbend cables to prevent malfunction.
- During thunderstorms, stop using the device and disconnect it from the power supply.
- If the device emits smoke, abnormal noise, or smell, disconnect power immediately and contact a maintenance center for repair.
- Do not insert foreign objects into equipment slots.
- Connect the grounding cable before connecting any other cable, and do not disconnect it until all other cables are disconnected.
Cleaning requirements
- Before cleaning, stop using the device and disconnect it from the power supply.
- Use a soft, dry, antistatic cloth for cleaning.
- Keep the power plug clean and dry to avoid electric shock hazards.
