Installation Procedures
1. DC Connections
1.1 MPPT Connection:
Connect DC positive and negative cables from the solar array to the MPPT terminals on the inverter. Use the provided PV-CZM-61100 connectors. Ensure proper polarity (+/-). Recommended cable size: 4-6mm² Cu. Strip length: 7-8mm. Ensure a secure connection (click sound).
1.2 Battery Connection:
Connect DC positive and negative cables from the battery to the BAT terminals on the inverter. Recommended cable size: 25mm² Cu. Strip length: 13-14mm. Use the YQK-70 crimping tool for secure termination. Ensure proper polarity (+/-).
2. AC Connection
Connect the AC input/output cables to the AC terminals (L1, L2, L3, N, PE) on the inverter. Ensure proper cable sizing and stripping:
- AC L1/L2/L3: 75mm cable length.
- AC N/PE: 105mm cable length.
- Recommended cable size: 20-25mm² Cu.
Torque specifications:
- PE terminal: M4 screw, 0.8 N-m
- L1, L2, L3, N terminals: M8 screws, 6-8 N-m
- PE terminal (alternative): M4 screw, 1.2 N-m
3. Communication Connections
3.1 Parallel Operation:
For systems with multiple inverters, connect them in parallel using the COM1 ports. Use CAN_L, CAN_H, RS485_A1, RS485_B1 terminals for inter-inverter communication. Configure DIP switches (S1, SW2, S4) on each inverter to set master/slave roles. For example, a master inverter might be set to ON-ON-ON, while slave inverters are OFF-OFF-OFF. Refer to the full manual for detailed DIP switch configurations.
3.2 External Device Connections:
Connect external devices via COM2 ports:
- BMS (Battery Management System): Connect via CAN or RS485.
- Meter: Connect via RS485.
- EMS (Energy Management System): Connect via RS485.
- DRED (Demand Response): Connect via DI terminals (DI1-DI4) and DRM ports (DRM0-DRM8).
4. Commissioning and Monitoring
After installation, the inverter needs to be commissioned. Monitoring and control can be managed through:
- SolarGo APP: Mobile application for setup and monitoring.
- SEMS Portal APP/WEB: Cloud-based platform for remote monitoring and management.
5. Power On/Off Sequence
Follow the correct sequence for powering the system:
- Power On: 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 → 5
- Power Off: 5 → 4 → 3 → 2 → 1
Note: The numbers correspond to specific connection points or breakers as indicated in detailed diagrams not fully reproducible here. Always refer to the official user manual for precise sequences.
