Getting Started

Assembly

The assembly process involves several steps, including attaching the pedals and ensuring proper wheel installation.

Pedal Installation: Identify the left and right pedals. Use a 15mm wrench to tighten them securely. The left pedal typically has reverse threading.
Wheel Installation: Follow the diagrams to correctly install the wheels, ensuring they are properly secured.
Handlebar Adjustment: Adjust the handlebar stem for comfortable riding. Tighten the bolts to the recommended torque (7-18 Nm for the stem, 6 Nm for other components).

Using Your E-ACTV 500

Starting the Bike: Press the power button for approximately 3 seconds to turn the bike on or off.
Display: The display shows important information such as speed, battery level, and trip distance.
Lighting: Turn the lights on or off by pressing the designated button for about 3 seconds.
Assistance Modes: Select from different riding modes to suit your needs: ECO, TOUR, SPORT, and BOOST.
Walk Mode: Activate walk mode by pressing the button for approximately 3 seconds. This mode assists you when walking with the bike.
Battery Level: Monitor the battery level on the display. The battery is 36V / 14 Ah / 504 Wh.

Bluetooth Pairing

Pair your smartphone with the bike via Bluetooth to access additional features. Follow the on-screen prompts and the app instructions. The Decathlon RIDE app is available on the App Store and Google Play.
