Calibration should be performed with extreme care to prevent the risk of electric shock from voltage or current.
If calibration cannot be completed according to this manual, please contact Hioki for calibration services.

If the temperature unit setting is Fahrenheit °F before calibration, set the unit to Fahrenheit °F again. |
*1 For tolerance, download the Test Report from https://www.hioki.com/global/support/download.
*2 Changing the temperature display unit (Fahrenheit °F ↔ Celsius °C).
Steps to change temperature unit:
- Turn off the instrument.
- Display the setting of the temperature unit.
- Press the HOLD and ENTER keys for at least 3 seconds.
- Confirm the setting. The instrument is restarted.
Note: Settings will not change if the power is turned off before the settings are applied.

4 Connection Diagrams

This diagram illustrates the wiring for resistance measurement accuracy tests. A PC is connected to the HIOKI BT3554 Battery Tester. The tester terminals are labeled SOURCE HI, SOURCE LO, SENSE HI, and SENSE LO. A resistor is connected between SOURCE HI and SENSE HI, and a connection is made from SOURCE LO to SENSE LO. Red wires are used for HI connections and black wires for LO connections.

This diagram shows the wiring for voltage measurement accuracy tests. A PC is connected to the HIOKI BT3554 Battery Tester. The tester terminals are labeled SOURCE HI, SOURCE LO, SENSE HI, and SENSE LO. A voltage/current source is connected to the tester. Red wires are used for HI connections and black wires for LO connections.
