ご使用前にお読みください (Please Read Before Use)
- To ensure efficient data transmission, it is recommended to use a router or switch with 10 Gigabit or higher LAN ports and the included Ethernet cable (CAT7 or higher) to connect the NAS.
- We recommend using new hard drives. When you install a drive, the NAS system will format the drive, erasing all existing data. Please back up important data before installation.
- Only use the genuine power cable that meets the power specifications of this device, or a safety-certified power cable.
- Do not insert or remove hard drives while the NAS device is powered on. To prevent potential data loss, corruption, or drive damage, please turn off the device using the app first.
- Only update firmware when there is a stable power supply. Do not turn off the power during the update process.
- Unbinding the device will erase all data and make it unrecoverable. Ensure your data is properly backed up before unbinding the device.
