This Kid's Balance Bike Manual is designed to help you achieve the best riding experience and ensure riding safety. This manual clearly illustrates each component of the Kid's Balance Bike and guides you through the detailed steps of assembling the Kid's Balance Bike. However, this manual cannot replace a general Kid's Balance Bike user manual.

Assembly Steps
Step A: Handlebar Installation (Part 1)
Insert the handlebar stem into the fork, aligning the bolt. Ensure the correct orientation.
Step B: Handlebar Installation (Part 2)
Attach the handlebar to the stem using four 4mm hex bolts. Tighten securely.
Step C: Handlebar Alignment Check
Ensure the handlebar is centered and aligned with the front wheel. Check the torque specifications.
Step D: Handlebar Clamp Adjustment
Loosen the handlebar clamp bolts. Adjust the handlebar position. Tighten the bolts sequentially.
Step E: Handlebar Tightening Sequence
Tighten the handlebar clamp bolts in a cross pattern (1-3-2-4) to ensure even pressure. Use a torque wrench to achieve the specified torque (5.2 Nm).
Step F: Visual Check of Handlebar Clamp
Visually inspect the handlebar clamp to ensure it is properly seated and secured. Avoid overtightening.
Step G: Final Handlebar Torque
Using a torque wrench, tighten the handlebar bolts to 5.2 Nm. Listen for the clicking sound of the torque wrench to confirm correct torque.
Step H: Steering System Check
Ensure the steering system rotates smoothly. Check for any looseness or binding. Perform a 360-degree rotation check.
Step J: Final Handlebar Alignment
Check the final alignment of the handlebars with the front wheel. Ensure it is straight and secure.
Step K: Handlebar Final Tightening
Re-check the torque on the handlebar bolts using the torque wrench, ensuring they are tightened to 5.2 Nm.
Step L: Seat Adjustment
Adjust the seat height by loosening the seat post clamp and sliding the seat to the desired position. Tighten the clamp securely.
Step M: Seat Post Tightening
Ensure the seat post is tightened correctly using the 5mm hex wrench, applying the specified torque (180° x 3 turns).
Step N: Height Adjustment and Safety Check
Adjust the seat height so the child can comfortably place their feet flat on the ground with a slight bend in their knees. Ensure all bolts are secure.
Step O: Saddle Check
Ensure the saddle is securely attached and properly aligned.
Step P: Bike Orientation for Maintenance

Step Q: Rear Wheel Check (Brake Adjustment)

Step T: Tire Inflation
Inflate the tires to the recommended pressure: 35 P.S.I (240KPa) (2.4 BAR). Use a tire pump.
Step U: Height Check (Child Fit)
Ensure the child can comfortably reach the ground with their feet flat when sitting on the saddle, with a slight bend in their knees. This is approximately 30cm (1 foot) from the ground to the seat.
Step V: Listening for Loose Parts
Listen for any clunking or rattling noises, which may indicate loose parts. If such noises are heard, check all bolts and connections.
