Important Instructions & Safety Precautions
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, and injury to persons. Always read all instructions before using this appliance.
General Safety
- This appliance is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handles if provided when moving.
- Keep combustible materials (furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, curtains) at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the appliance.
- WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
- CAUTION: Never leave the heater operating unattended. Exercise extreme caution if unsupervised children or invalids are nearby.
- This appliance is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless supervised or instructed.
- Always unplug this appliance when not in use.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug, or after it malfunctions, or if it has been dropped or damaged.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
- Do not use outdoors.
- This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas, or similar indoor damp locations. Never locate where it may fall into a bathtub or water container.
- Do not run the cord under carpeting or cover it with rugs. Arrange the cord away from traffic areas to prevent tripping.
- To disconnect, turn controls to the off position, then remove the plug from the outlet.
Electrical Safety & Installation
- This product is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) for safety. It will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If you cannot insert the plug, try reversing it. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
- Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or power strip.
- This appliance, when installed, must be electrically grounded in accordance with local codes or, in the absence of local codes, with the current CSA C22.1 Canadian Electrical Code or, for U.S.A. installations, follow local codes and the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA NO.70.
- Do not insert foreign objects into any ventilation or exhaust opening, as this may cause electric shock, fire, or damage.
- To prevent fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust. Do not use on soft surfaces (like a bed) where openings may become blocked.
- This appliance has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.
- This fireplace should not be used as a drying rack for clothing. Do not hang Christmas stockings or decorations on or near it.
- Use this appliance only as described in the manual. Other uses may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
- This heater may include a visual alarm to warn of excessive heat. If the alarm flashes, immediately turn off the heater and inspect for objects causing high temperatures. DO NOT OPERATE THE HEATER WITH THE ALARM FLASHING!

Installation Instructions
Tools Required:
- Phillips Head Screwdriver
Leg Assembly:
- Align the mounting tab into the bracket and lower the leg into place.
- Fasten the leg to the bracket using the included screws (3 per leg).
Operation Instructions
The fireplace unit features a control panel and can be operated via a remote control.
Control Panel & Remote Receiver:
The control panel is located on the unit. The remote receiver is also integrated into the unit.
Remote Control Operation: Operate the remote transmitter at a slow, measured pace with even motion and gentle pressure. Repeatedly pressing buttons rapidly may cause malfunction.
Functions:
- POWER: Supplies power to all functions. Puts the unit in standby mode, turning off all functions but retaining settings in memory. Press again to turn on with retained settings. Press and hold for 10 seconds to disable/re-enable the heater function (ember bed lights will flash multiple times). ?
- FLAME: Offers 5 brightness levels and an OFF (00) setting. Settings F5-F1 decrease brightness. ?
- HEATER: Contains a fan-forced infrared element heater. The thermostat range is 62°F - 82°F (17°C - 27°C) or continuous ON/OFF (00). Adjustable in 2°F or 1°C increments. To change between °F and °C, press and hold the HEATER button for 3 seconds. The remote button only turns the heater on/off based on the control panel setting. ?️
- TIMER: Cycles through timer settings: 30 minutes, 1H, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H, 6H, 7H, 8H, 9H, and OFF (00). ⏳
Troubleshooting

Care and Maintenance
- Clean the trim with a soft cloth, slightly dampened with a citrus oil-based product, and buff with a clean soft cloth.
- Citrus oil-based products are recommended for cleaning.
- WARNING: Electrical outlet wiring must comply with local codes to reduce risk of fire, shock, and injury.

Battery Replacement

- Insert batteries with correct polarity.
- Remove exhausted batteries promptly.

1-Year Limited Warranty
The manufacturer warrants this Electric Fireplace against manufacturing and material defects for one year from the purchase date, subject to conditions and limitations.
- Install and operate according to instructions. Unauthorized repair, alteration, abuse, accident, or misuse voids the warranty.
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner who purchased through an authorized supplier.
- Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts, provided they have been used normally and the defect is confirmed by the manufacturer.
- The manufacturer may refund the wholesale price of the defective part(s) to discharge obligations.
- Installation, labor, transportation, or other related costs are not covered.
- The owner assumes all other risks, including direct/indirect loss or damage from use or inability to use the product, except as provided by law.
- All other warranties, expressed or implied, are expressly excluded.
- The manufacturer does not authorize third parties to assume other liabilities.
- Warranties do not apply to non-manufacturer accessories used in installation.
- This warranty grants specific legal rights, which may vary by state.
This warranty is void if:
- The fireplace is subjected to prolonged dampness or condensation.
- The product has been altered without authorization, abused, involved in an accident, or misused.
- The original receipt of purchase is not provided.
