Field Hospital Equipment and Civil Defense
The technical equipment required for field hospitals is an important part of civil defense. In the Czech Republic, this includes modular workstations designed and managed by the specialized institute VTÚ. Flídr medical provides relevant medical equipment for such field hospitals, which use the Stäubli CombiTac connector system to perform rescue work.

They relied on designers and medical personnel with field hospital technical and practical experience to select the best solution.
According to Chief Designer Mr. Polách, previous plug connector solutions did not meet expectations in terms of technical performance and customer support. These solutions lacked innovative development concepts and suggestions for optimal configuration. After careful consideration of all requirements, Mr. Polách decided to use the high-performance and high-reliability CombiTac connector system.
"Communication and technical support are very important to me, which is a key advantage of Stäubli. One of its great advantages is that we can easily create virtual 3D models in the CombiTac configurator and integrate them effortlessly into our design software. Furthermore, the CombiTac connectors are pre-assembled and ready for immediate use, saving us more time," said Mr. Polách regarding the collaboration with Stäubli.
