    • LCD: Max power < 1 VA; Normal power < 0.2 VA
  • Battery: DC 6V 4Ah / 4V 4Ah. Can be used for 10 hours or longer.
  • Display Windows:
    • Weight indicator window: 5 digits
    • Unit price indicator window: 5 digits
    • Total price indicator window: 6 digits

Assembly Instructions

The assembly involves attaching four base adjustment feet to the scale. The instrument is then secured to a stand. A white plastic mat is placed under the scale plate, which is then mounted onto the upper bracket of the scale.

Operation Instructions

  1. Preparation:

    After opening the box, assemble the four base adjustment feet. Place the scale on a solid and smooth platform. Hold the stand up and screw the instrument to the stand. Place the white plastic mat under the scale plate, and then put the scale plate on the upper bracket. Insert power plugs. Examine if the AC indicator lamp is lit; if not, check the power connection.

  2. Weight:

    Do not weigh excessively heavy goods. If "OL" (overload) appears with an alarming sound, remove the goods immediately to prevent damage.

  3. Input the Unit Price:

    When weighing goods, use the numeric keys (0-9) to input the unit price. The total price will then appear automatically.

  4. TARE:

    When using a container to weigh goods, place the container on the plate first. Press the TARE button. When "000.00" appears in the weight indicator window, add the goods to obtain the net weight.

  5. ADD (M+):

    This scale can sum multiple items with different prices for a customer. Example:

    • a) Place Goods A on the plate. The weight indicator shows 1.500kg. Input unit price 5.00 USD/kg. The total price indicator shows 7.50 USD.
    • b) Press the ADD button. The weight indicator shows "Add01", and the total price indicator shows 7.50 USD. Remove Goods A.
    • c) Place Goods B on the plate. The weight indicator shows 0.700. Input unit price 8.00 USD/kg. The total price indicator shows 5.60 USD.
    • d) Press the ADD button. The weight indicator shows "Add02", and the total price indicator shows 13.10 USD.
    • e) Continue this process up to 99 times.
  6. CLR:

    Under the "Add" condition, pressing the CLEAR button will show "CIr" in the unit price window, indicating an exit from the add condition. If a wrong unit price is entered without the "Add" condition, pressing the CLEAR button resets the weight indicator to "0.00" for re-entry of the correct unit price.

  7. ZERO:

    If the weight indicator does not show "0.000" when no goods are on the scale, press the ZERO button.

  8. FUN (Counting):

    This button is used for counting items.

    1. Press FUN to enter sampling mode.
    2. Enter the number of samples.
    3. Place the weight for sampling.
    4. Press the FUN key again to end sampling. The count will be displayed.
    5. Press the CLR key to exit the counting function.
  9. VOLT:

    Press this button to check the voltage. It displays the voltage (e.g., DC 4.30) in the price window after pressing the VOLT key. It returns to the weighing display after one second.

  10. DYNA:

    This feature allows you to store weight values up to eight times. Press the DYNA key to show "DYNAOFF/ON 0.00". It returns to weighing after one second.

  11. CHG (Change Calculation):

    Use this function to calculate the change received.

    1. Enter "CHA" after the amount window shows "0".
    2. If the amount is not "0", press the CHA key to enter charge mode.
    3. Enter the received amount in the unit price window. If the received amount equals the receivable amount, the change amount will be displayed. Otherwise, "------" will be displayed.
    4. Press the CHG key to exit the change function. The window will display "0".
  12. QUERY:

    Query the weight of the lock (hold function). This query works only when the HOLD function is active.

    1. Check up to eight transaction records from Hold1 to Hold8; Hold1 is the first record.
    2. When querying a locked weight, the weight window will alternately display "lock" for approximately 0.5 seconds, then display the locked value. After flashing twice, it switches to the normal display.
  13. kg/lb:

    Press this button to switch between "kg" and "lb" units. The default unit is "kg".

  14. Close the Scale:

    First, press the ON/OFF button, then pull out the power plugs.

Use Environment

  • Environment Temperature: Storage: -25°C to +50°C; Work: 0°C to +40°C.
  • Humidity: Storage: < 70% RH; Work: < 90% RH.

Attention (Important Precautions)

  1. It is prohibited to expose the scale to rain or wash it with water, especially the inner parts. Ensure no water touches the scale.
  2. It is prohibited to place the scale in moist places or high-temperature conditions.
  3. It is prohibited to subject the scale to impacts or heavy loads. Even when not in use, do not place heavy goods exceeding the capacity on the plate.
  4. If the scale is stored for a long time, to prevent storage battery damage, please charge the power for 24 hours every 2-3 months.
  5. Please use alternating current power according to this operation manual.
  6. It is prohibited to connect storage battery wires incorrectly. Red wire should connect with red wire ends; Black wire should connect with black wire ends.
  7. Storage battery is not included in the line of free spare parts.
