Wiring Diagram – 700 Series
Connection Instructions
- Connect the power harness (006-765IC) to the tractor battery (12 volt) using the red wire with fuse to the positive side and the black wire to the negative.
⚠️ The power harness must be connected to the battery! CONTACT HARVEST TEC BEFORE MODIFICATIONS. *The unit will draw more amps than convenience outlets can handle. Any modifications of the power harness will void systems warranty*
- This unit will not function on positive ground tractors.
- If the unit loses power while operating it will not keep track of accumulated pounds of product used.
- The power harness on the tractor (006-765IC) will run from the tractor battery to the hitch. The power harness on the baler (006-765B) will connect to the tractor power harness (006-765IC) at the hitch.
- Connect the red keyed power wire (006-765CPH) to a keyed power source on the tractor. Connect the black keyed power wire to ground. The keyed power wire must connect to a keyed source or the unit will not power up correctly.
- Attached the ISO Communication Module (006-6673) to the tractor power harness (006-765IC).
- Attach the End of Bale (EOB) connection on baler harness (006-765B) to the EOB Sensor (006-7401).
- Attach star wheel (030-4642 U/UE) connection to ISO Pump Module on pump plate assembly.
System Wiring Diagram Description
The System Wiring Diagram illustrates the electrical connections for the Harvest Tec 700 Series balers. The core components include the 700 ISO Pump Module (006-7671LS) and the ISO Communication Module (ICM) 030-6673.
Power is supplied via the Power Harness on Tractor (006-765IC), which connects to the tractor battery and the hitch. This harness also links to the ISO Communication Module (ICM). A separate Power Harness on Tractor (006-765B) connects to the 006-765IC at the hitch and extends to the 700 ISO Pump Module.
The 700 ISO Pump Module receives additional connections from the Moisture Harness (006-7303EM2), the Baler Integration Harness (006-765VA), and the Power Harness on Tractor (006-765B). The Baler Integration Harness also connects to an Active Terminator from Baler.
Other system elements include the Optional Harvest Tec Display Harness (006-765GH) and a Key Power Harness. Functional points indicated are End of Row (EOR), Solenoid (V1), Solenoid (V2), and CAN Ports, which are connected via the Power Harness on Tractor (006-765B).
The End of Bale (EOB) connection on the baler harness (006-765B) links to the EOB Sensor (006-7401). Finally, the Star Wheels (030-4642 U/UE) connect to the ISO Pump Module on the pump plate assembly.
