Step 2: Close the top cover. Then, edit and print your label using the APP. (If the label is improperly installed, the indicator light will turn red.)
Connecting Your Phone to the Printer

Step 1: Open the APP, search for and connect to the printer. Remember to grant Bluetooth permission.
Step 2: For first-time users, select the printer type.
Step 3: Click the icon in the top right corner of the APP to search for the device, and then click to connect.
How to Print Labels
There are two types of labels:
- Continuous Label: No limitation on label length.
- Discontinuous Label: Fixed label length with a space between each label.
Illustrations comparing continuous and discontinuous label tape. Continuous label has no length limit. Discontinuous label has fixed length with gaps between labels. Available sizes are 12x35mm and 12x50mm.
Printing Discontinuous Labels
- On the APP home page, create a new label and choose "Discontinuous Label".
- Select the label size (e.g., 12x35mm or 12x50mm). Tip: Selecting the wrong size may result in printing misalignment.
- Click "A" to edit the text.
- Click the "Print" icon, and choose the number of labels to print.
Since the first discontinuous label identifies the label position, it may not print completely. It is recommended to print 2 or 3 labels for the first print. The printing effect should be good from the second label onwards. The label position will be re-identified when the discontinuous label is replaced or the printer cover is opened.
Printing Continuous Labels
- On the APP home page, create a new label and choose "Continuous Label".
- Click "A" to edit the text, and "" to change the font.
- Click "" to add icons.
- Click "Print" to print. Press the Cutter button (✂️) to cut off the label.
How to Use the Label
Step 1: Remove the back paper from the label.

Step 2: Stick the label onto any dry and smooth object.
Usage Notice of Thermal Materials
Thermal inkless printing is a special technology. Incorrect use can cause fading.
- Do not stick labels where hands frequently touch, as sweat and friction can fade the print.
- Avoid prolonged contact with chemical liquids (e.g., liquid soap, detergent) as this shortens the label's life.
- Do not wipe labels with alcohol-based cleaners.
- Keep away from high temperatures or direct sunlight, which can lighten the label's color.
For best results, apply labels in a dry, smooth, room-temperature environment that is not frequently touched.
Common Troubleshooting
