Public Offer: Rules for Participation in the 'Back To School - Maktabga AAAjoyib Xarid' Promotion

1. General Conditions

1.1. Organizer: IP LLC 'SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS UZBEKISTAN', located at: Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Yunusabad district, Oloy Bozori berk street, 64.

1.2. Promotion Period: From 0:00 on August 18, 2025, to 23:59 on September 14, 2025 (inclusive) Tashkent time.

1.3. Promotion Territory: Retail outlets of the Organizer's Official Partners within the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1.4. Official Partners of the Promotion ('Official Partner'): Sifat Biznes Savdo LLC, Texnomart LLC, Texnoport LLC, Idea Concept Group LL, DXB Retail LL, Trust Valley Trade LLC, Amir Group DU FE LLC, The Eleven Electronics JV LLC, FE BM OPERATION LLC, Business Group XD LLC, Radius Mobile LLC, DXB Device Distribution FC LLC.

1.5. Promotion Website: The Promotion Website is the primary source of information regarding the Promotion. Information about the Promotion on the Organizer's social networks is abbreviated; all full and detailed information is set forth in these Rules.

2. Participant

2.1. Participants: All capable individuals aged 18+, who are residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including foreign citizens with residency permits, and who personally, by their own efforts and means, fulfill all the conditions of these Rules ('Participant').

2.2. Exclusions: Employees of the Organizer, affiliated persons, their family members, as well as employees of other companies involved in the organization and conduct of the Promotion cannot participate in the Promotion.

2.3. Consent to Data Processing: By participating in the Promotion, and by providing any information (including on the Promotion Website) during registration or otherwise, including information that constitutes personal data, the Participant gives their consent to the collection, storage, transfer, and processing, including cross-border transfer, of their personal data to the extent of: city of location, full name, details of the identification document (identity card or residence permit for a foreigner), phone number, email address, residential address, to the Organizer and authorized third parties for the purpose of controlling the Promotion, fulfilling its conditions, for advertising, marketing, and news mailings, as well as for other direct marketing contacts. Consent extends to all types of processing of transferred data necessary for achieving the stated processing goals, including, but not limited to: receipt, recording, storage, clarification, use, transfer (including cross-border transfer in accordance with applicable legislation), deletion, destruction, including by authorized persons of the Organizer/other authorized persons/third parties. Consent is valid from the moment such data is transferred to the Organizer until the moment this consent is revoked in accordance with applicable legislation.

2.4. Consent to Media Use: By participating in the Promotion, the Participant gives their unconditional and gratuitous consent to photo/video shooting, storage, use, and placement of corresponding photo/video materials featuring their image/participation on the Organizer's website, as well as on the Organizer's official social media pages, and for other purposes, including, but not limited to, accounting and reporting.

3. Offer Description

3.1. Offer: In accordance with these Rules, a Participant who fulfills all conditions stipulated by these Rules has the opportunity to receive a discount on the purchase of goods from the Organizer when purchasing products under the SAMSUNG trademark, as specified in these Rules.

4. Participation Conditions

4.1. How to Participate: To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must, during the Promotion Period, visit one of the promotion points of sale specified in clause 1.4. and purchase one of the eligible products (phone, tablet, TV, or monitor) under the SAMSUNG trademark. Complete the purchase by providing all necessary details at the point of purchase, such as: full name, mobile phone number, email address, as well as information about the product's serial number.

5. Gifts

5.1. Gifts: Gifts for the Promotion include products under the SAMSUNG trademark, depending on the purchased product under the SAMSUNG trademark, as presented in the table below.

5.2. Gifts for Phones/Tablets: Upon purchase of one of the phones or tablets under the SAMSUNG trademark, specified in the table below, the following products serve as gifts:

5.3. Gifts for TVs/Monitors: Upon purchase of one of the televisions or monitors under the SAMSUNG trademark, specified in the table below, the following products serve as gifts:

5.4. Total Gifts: The total number of Gifts is 30,335 units. The number of Gifts is limited. The Organizer reserves the right to independently determine the quantity of Gifts, as well as to change it.

5.5. Gift Color: The color of the Gift depends on the availability of the product in the Official Partner's warehouse or at the Gift pickup point of the Official Partner, which is considered the address where the TV purchase was made. The color may also differ from the image on the Promotion Website.

5.6. Gift Warranty: The Gift received within the Promotion is covered by the standard warranty for such types of goods. The Gift does not include any work/services for setting up or connecting the Gift.

5.7. Product Return: In case of return of the Product participating in the Promotion, the Gift is subject to return. If the Participant refuses to return the Gift, the Organizer has the right not to refund the corresponding Product. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the rules established by the Official Partner.

5.8. Participant Disqualification: The Participant forfeits the right to participate in the Promotion and cannot claim the Gift in cases of:

• 5.8.1. Violation of any terms of the Promotion;
• 5.8.2. Provision of false/incorrect contact information for the Participant;
• 5.8.3. Detection of fraud attempts or other illegal actions;
• 5.8.4. Transfer of registration data to third parties;
• 5.8.5. Refusal to provide information/documents, and/or refusal of photo/video shooting in violation of these Rules.

5.9. No Cash Equivalent: Under no circumstances does the Organizer exchange the Gift for its cash equivalent and/or provide a replacement of the corresponding Gift with another item.

6. Winner Determination

6.1. Winners: Winners are recognized as the first 30,335 (Thirty thousand three hundred thirty-five) Participants who have fulfilled all the conditions specified in clause 4.1. of these Rules.

6.2. Gift Claim: To receive the Gift, the Participant must:

• 6.2.1. Personally and at their own expense visit the Promotion Territory specified in clause 1.4. of these Rules;
• 6.2.2. Present a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• 6.2.3. If necessary, consent to a photo report with the received gift in hand.

7. Participant Rights and Obligations

7.1. Participant Rights:

• To familiarize themselves with these Rules;
• To participate in the Promotion in the manner prescribed by these Rules;
• To receive information about the terms and conditions of the Promotion on the public resources of Official Partners and communication channels on the Promotion Website;
• To receive information about changes to these Rules on the Promotion Website, if any arise;
• To refuse to accept changes by withdrawing from participation in the Promotion if they disagree with the specified changes. Continued participation in the Promotion is considered as the Participant's consent to the introduced changes;
• To obtain information about the Organizer of the Promotion;
• To request the issuance of a Gift in accordance with these Rules;

7.2. Participant Obligations:

• To comply with the Rules, including performing all actions related to participation in the Promotion within the deadlines established by these Rules;
• To bear all expenses related to participation in the Promotion independently, including (but not limited to) expenses for Internet, phone, and other services;
• To fulfill other obligations stipulated by these Rules and applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8. Organizer Rights and Obligations

8.1. Organizer Rights:

• During the Promotion Period, to unilaterally amend these Rules, to terminate the Promotion early by giving prior notice to the Participant by posting a corresponding message on the Promotion Website. The notification date is the date of publication of the relevant information on the Promotion Website or an additional date specified when the terms are changed. Continued participation in the Promotion is considered the Participant's consent to the introduced changes.
• To request necessary information and documents from Participants in cases provided for by these Rules, as well as other documents for submission to state authorities;
• The Organizer exercises all rights provided for by these Promotion Rules and applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• To refuse to issue Gifts to a Participant who has not fulfilled all the conditions specified in clause 4.1. of the Rules, correctly and in full;
• To refuse to issue a Gift to a Participant in case of establishing the fact of the Participant's non-compliance with these Rules.

8.2. Organizer Obligations:

• To comply with the Rules, to perform all actions related to the conduct of the Promotion within the timeframes established by the Rules;
• To ensure the conduct of the Promotion in accordance with the Rules;
• To ensure that Participants are informed about the Rules of its conduct by posting the Promotion Rules on the Promotion Website and through selected communication channels;
• To issue Gifts for the Promotion to all Participants who have correctly fulfilled all the conditions of the Rules.

9. Other Conditions

9.1. Participant Agreement: All Participants of the Promotion, by taking part in it, agree to the Promotion Rules and undertake to adhere to and fulfill them. A Participant forfeits the right to receive a Gift if:

• They have violated these Promotion Rules;
• They have committed an act of fraud and/or deception to receive a Gift;
• They have provided false/incorrect data;

9.2. Unconditional Consent: By participating in the Promotion, the Participant expresses their unconditional consent to these Rules. The Participant's refusal to comply with the Rules in full and/or in part is considered the Participant's withdrawal from the Promotion.

9.3. Not a Game of Chance: The Promotion is not a contest, lottery, or any other risk-based gambling game.

9.4. Feedback: Participants may be contacted by the Quality Department for control of the Organizer/Partner's service to obtain feedback. The Participant may refuse to provide their opinion.
