Addendum No. 1 to the Campaign Regulation

1. Campaign Organizer

The Organizer of the Campaign "Campaign – Online Payment Discount – June-July" (hereinafter referred to as "the Campaign") is SAMSUNG Electronics Romania S.R.L., located at Sos. București-Ploiești, No. 172-176, Building A, 5th Floor, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under number J2012007668400, CUI RO22694272, account RO64CITI0000000724679056, opened at Citibank Europe plc, Dublin - Romania Branch (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer" or "Samsung").

The Campaign will be conducted in accordance with this regulation, which is mandatory for all participants. Participation in the Campaign implies full, express, and unequivocal knowledge and acceptance of this Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation").

2. Campaign Duration and Location

The Campaign is organized and conducted on the territory of Romania during the period from June 19, 2025, to August 31, 2025 (as per Addendum No. 1), through Samsung's online store, publicly available at www.samsung.com/ro/ (hereinafter referred to as "the Online Store"), and via the Online Store's Mobile Application, available for download on mobile devices by accessing https://samsungshop.onelink.me/6zKq/2g6htu51 or from the Play Store or App Store (hereinafter referred to as "Samsung Shop App").

The participation mechanism within the "Campaign – Online Payment Discount – June-July" Campaign is detailed in Article 6 of this Regulation.

3. Campaign Regulation

The participation/conduct regulation is available free of charge to any applicant, for the entire duration of the Campaign, at the web address: www.samsung.com/ro/ in electronic format, in the section specifically dedicated to Regulations, and/or upon written request sent to the Organizer's address at Sos. București-Ploiești 172-176, Willbrook Platinum Business & Convention Center, Building A, 5th floor, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania.

The Campaign may be publicized for public information purposes, including through advertising and/or informational materials. The information contained in such materials will be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify and/or supplement the Regulation, provided that participants are notified of any changes to its provisions. Any modifications/additions to the provisions of this Regulation will be included in additional acts and will be communicated before they become applicable.

4. Participating Products

The products participating in the Campaign are those listed exhaustively in the table that forms an integral part of this paragraph. These products are sold by Samsung (the product box must specify "Samsung Electronics Romania S.R.L.") and will be hereinafter referred to as "Participating Products":

5. Right to Participate

Any individual residing in Romania with full legal capacity at the time of registration in the Campaign, or any legal entity residing in Romania, may participate in the Campaign.

6. Campaign Conduct Mechanism

During the period from June 19, 2025, to August 31, 2025, customers who order Participating Products from the Online Store or the Samsung Shop App will benefit from a discount on the price of the Participating Products if they use the online payment methods available in the Online Store or Samsung Shop App for their order payment. The online payment methods are (i) bank card payment and (ii) bank transfer payment. Discounts vary depending on the purchased product and are presented in the table below:

For the campaign mechanisms provided in this article, the benefits applicable to the purchase of Participating Products are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other campaigns run by Samsung.

7. Return Policy

In any situation of returning Participating Products, they must be in the same condition as received, without defects, packaged for transport in the original packaging or similar packaging that provides transport protection, with intact labels and accompanied by all accompanying documents (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.). In case the packaging is inadequate and a Participating Product arrives damaged at Samsung, Samsung will return the product to the customer and refuse to refund the price.

Returns will be made according to Samsung's return policy. If the customer chooses to return the Participating Product via any other transport method or courier, the customer is responsible for any damage to the Participating Product during transport back to Samsung. Samsung will not refund the price for damaged products and will return the product to the customer.

The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Participating Product resulting from its use beyond what is necessary to ascertain the product's functional characteristics. The value will be diminished according to findings upon receipt of the return.

Participating Products purchased concurrently as a promotional package at a special price according to the offer related to this Campaign must be returned together. Otherwise, for partial returns, the refunded value by Samsung will be calculated by subtracting the full price of the non-returned Participating Products from the total value of the promotional package. This may result in a very small or no actual value being refunded for the returned Participating Product, given the special price applied to the total package value.

For promotional campaigns that include a gift with purchase, the gift product must also be returned in its original, undamaged condition.

8. Taxes and Duties

Participants in the campaign are not subject to any additional indirect expenses, except for normal participation costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempted fraud of the system, abuse, or any other attempts that could affect the image of this Campaign.

In the event of a dispute regarding the validity of an entry within the Campaign, the decision of the committee composed of two representatives of the Organizer is final.

Any complaints will be considered within a maximum of 5 (five) days from the date the Campaign ends. Any complaints submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

The Organizer is not responsible for:

• Entries sent outside the Campaign period as defined in this Regulation;
• Any disputes related to the Participating Products in the Campaign;
• Errors in the data provided by participants or lack of accuracy in contact details. Consequently, the Organizer has no obligation in case participants provide erroneous, incomplete, or incorrect data;
• Any technical malfunctions that may lead to the interruption of the Campaign registration channel and dysfunctions in the registration process or in the process of receiving discounts by Campaign participants.

Participants definitively accept all decisions made by the Organizer regarding the conduct of the Campaign. The Organizer has the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with the Campaign rules or for whom there is evidence of fraud, incorrect behavior, or any type of sabotage of the Campaign.

The Organizer is exempt from any liability arising from the granting of discounts or the payment of any damages or other claims of any nature related to the discounts granted under this Campaign.

10. Personal Data Processing

By registering for the Campaign, interested persons wishing to access the benefits offered by this Campaign express their consent for the processing of their personal data within the Campaign. The personal data processed include: name, surname, address, contact information, delivery information, and data necessary for payment processing. The data is processed for the purpose of achieving the Campaign's objective and operating its mechanisms as defined in this Regulation. Personal data necessary for the operation of the Campaign mechanisms are processed in accordance with the Organizer's personal data processing policy available on the Samsung website, accessible via the following link: https://account.samsung.com/membership/terms/privacypolicy.

11. Termination/Interruption of the Campaign. Force Majeure

The Campaign may be terminated before its term in cases where: the stock of Participating Products is depleted, an event constituting force majeure occurs as regulated by Romanian legislation in force, or the Organizer becomes unable to continue this Campaign for reasons independent of its will. The Organizer is not obliged to refund or pay any sum as compensation/damages or similar, except in cases expressly provided by applicable legislation.

The Campaign Organizer reserves the right to modify this regulation/Campaign conditions, with such modifications being communicated to the public in advance in the same manner as this Regulation (as provided in Art. 3 of the Regulation).

12. Applicable Law, Disputes

The applicable law is Romanian law.

Any disputes arising between the Organizer and participants regarding any aspect related to the conduct of the Campaign will be settled amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.

Any complaints related to the conduct of the Campaign may be sent to the Organizer's address within a maximum of 5 (five) days from the date the campaign ends. After this deadline, the Organizer will no longer consider any complaints.

13. Final Clauses

The Organizer's decisions regarding the Campaign are final and applicable to all participants.

The Campaign Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempted fraud of the system, abuse, or any other attempts that could affect the image or costs involved in organizing and conducting the Campaign.
