PAX Wardrobe Assembly Instructions

Tools Required
The following tools are recommended for assembly:
- ? Screwdriver (Phillips and Flathead)
- ? Hammer
- ? Spirit Level

Important Safety Information
⚠️ Always secure furniture to the wall to prevent tipping. Wall attachment fittings are included but not installed, as different wall materials require different fixing devices. Use fixing devices suitable for your walls, sold separately.
⚠️ Ensure the unit is stable before use. Two people are recommended for lifting and assembly to avoid injury.
⚠️ Use only the recommended screws and fittings for each step. Incorrect assembly can lead to instability.

Assembly Steps
Step 1
Prepare the horizontal panels.
Insert 16x dowels (Part 101375) into the pre-drilled holes on the edges of four horizontal panels. Ensure they are fully seated.
Step 2
Attach the first long side panel.
Align one long side panel with the base panel. Insert 16x screws (Part 118331) through the base panel into the side panel and tighten them.
Step 3
Attach the second long side panel.
Align the second long side panel with the base panel. Insert 6x screws (Part 118331) through the base panel into the side panel and tighten them.
Step 4
Attach the first vertical support panel.
Position one vertical support panel onto the base. Secure it using 1x large bolt (Part 110618) and 1x cam lock nut (Part 100751). Insert the bolt from the outside and tighten the cam lock nut from the inside.
Step 5
Attach the second vertical support panel.
Position the second vertical support panel onto the base. Secure it using 1x large bolt (Part 110618) and 1x cam lock nut (Part 100751). Insert the bolt from the outside and tighten the cam lock nut from the inside.
Step 6
Install the clothes rail bracket.
Attach the clothes rail bracket (Part 195701) to one of the vertical panels using 2x screws (Part 130718). Ensure the bracket is oriented correctly.
Step 7
Attach the third vertical support panel.
Position the third vertical support panel onto the base. Secure it using 1x large bolt (Part 110618) and 1x cam lock nut (Part 100751). Insert the bolt from the outside and tighten the cam lock nut from the inside.
Step 8
Secure the base of the unit.
Insert 2x cam lock nuts (Part 100751) into the designated holes on the base panel. Use a hammer to gently tap them in until flush.
Step 9
Install the feet/base supports.
Screw 2x feet/base supports (Part 110617) into the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the base panel. You may hear a 'click' when they are fully seated.
Step 10
Attach the remaining vertical panels.
Position the remaining vertical panels onto the base. Secure them using large bolts (Part 110618) and cam lock nuts (Part 100751) as shown.
Step 11
Prepare for shelf installation.
Insert 6x dowels (Part 101375) into the pre-drilled holes on the edges of the horizontal shelf panels.
Step 12
Attach shelf supports.
Insert 4x dowels (Part 101375) into the designated holes on the side panels where shelves will be placed.
Step 13
Install the top panel.
Place the top panel onto the assembled frame. Secure it using the appropriate bolts and cam lock nuts as indicated.
Step 14
Install cam locks for doors/drawers.
Insert 8x cam lock housings (Part 113434) into the designated holes on the side panels. Rotate them to lock.
Step 15
Attach additional vertical panels.
Position and secure additional vertical panels using screws (Part 119030) and cam lock nuts (Part 120076).
Step 16
Install more cam locks.
Insert 3x cam lock housings (Part 119030) and 3x cam lock nuts (Part 120076) into the designated holes and rotate to lock.
Step 17
Attach the back panel.
Slide the back panel into the grooves on the back of the wardrobe frame. Ensure it is fully seated and aligned.
Step 18
Secure the top and back.
Attach the top panel to the frame using screws and cam locks. Ensure the back panel is held securely.
Step 19
Install final cam locks.
Insert 8x cam lock housings (Part 113434) into the designated holes and rotate to lock.
Step 20
Attach final vertical panels.
Position and secure the final vertical panels using screws (Part 119030) and cam lock nuts (Part 120076).
Step 21
Attach base supports.
Insert 2x screws (Part 110519) into the base of the unit to secure it.
Step 22
Install drawer/door runners.
Attach 16x drawer/door runners (Parts 10093081 and 10093082) to the inside of the wardrobe frame using the provided screws. Ensure correct orientation.
Step 23
Position and align internal components.
Two people carefully position and align the internal shelves and dividers within the wardrobe frame.
Step 24
Secure the wardrobe to the wall.
⚠️ Use the provided brackets and appropriate wall fixings (sold separately) to secure the wardrobe to the wall. Insert 2x screws (Part 110618) and cam lock nuts (Part 100751) as shown.
Step 25
Install shelf supports.
Insert 2x shelf supports (Part 122972 / 115345) into the pre-drilled holes on the inside of the wardrobe. Repeat for the second set of supports.
Step 26
Prepare for door hinges.
⚠️ Ensure the unit is correctly assembled. Drill 4x pilot holes using a 5 mm (1/4") drill bit in the indicated positions on the wardrobe frame for the hinges.
Step 27
Attach door hinges.
Attach 4x hinge plates (Part 100644) to the wardrobe frame using 4x screws (Part 100402). Ensure they are aligned correctly.
