Installation Set-up

The mounting bracket facilitates pole installation, allowing for precise link alignment.

  1. Attach the hood to the UBR using four M6 flange nuts. Ensure the cut in the hood aligns with the lug connector. [Image: UBR with hood attached using M6 flange nuts.]
  2. Attach the pole clamp assembly to the UBR using three M6 hex bolts and split spring lock washers. [Image: Pole clamp assembly attached to UBR.]
  3. Mount this assembly onto the UBR using three M6 hex bolts and split spring lock washers. [Image: Assembly mounted on UBR.]
  4. Mount the assembled UBR onto the pole using two M8 x 220 bolts, four split spring lock washers, and flat washers. [Image: UBR assembly being mounted on a pole.]
  5. Slightly loosen M6 bolts on the brackets, rotate to align the pointer mark for optimal azimuth and elevation. Securely tighten the six bolts with a spanner once the desired setting is achieved. [Images: Close-ups of mounting bracket bolts highlighting angle markings for adjustment.]
