Setting Up Your Loshall Card

To locate your Loshall Card using the Apple Find My app, ensure you have the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS.

Initial Setup Steps

Make sure your device's WiFi and Bluetooth are turned on.

Prepare the Loshall Card: Press the power button. A ringtone will sound, and the "Controlling light" will blink white, indicating it's ready for pairing.

Adding the Loshall Card to the Find My App

Open the Apple Find My app.

Navigate to the "Items" tab.

Tap the "+" icon in the top right corner.

Select "Add Item", then choose "Add Other Supported Item".

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.

If you have previously added items, you may need to tap the "+" sign again and select "Add Other Items".

Removing Your Loshall Card

Removal Steps

Open the Apple Find My app and navigate to the "Items" tab.

Locate the Loshall Card you wish to remove.

Swipe left on the item's name.

Follow any further prompts to confirm removal.

Subsequent relinking can be done by following the initial setup steps.

Charging the Loshall Card

Ensure the charging position on the card is aligned with the wireless charger.

The charging indicator light will turn orange while charging.

The charging indicator light will turn green when the card is fully charged.

Restoring Factory Settings

To reset the Loshall Card to its factory default settings:

Press the power button four times.
Immediately after the fourth press, press and hold the power button for several seconds.
The device is reset when a ringtone sounds and the light flashes white rapidly.
