Loshall Card Operating Instructions

To use the Loshall Card with the Apple Find My app, the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS is recommended.

How to Set Up Loshall Card in the Apple Find My App

First, ensure that WiFi ? and Bluetooth ? are turned on.

Make the Loshall Card Discoverable

Follow these steps:

Click the power button.
After the ringtone ? sounds and the controlling light ? blinks white, the Loshall Card is ready.

Add to the Apple Find My App

Open the Apple Find My app:

Click "Add Item" ?.
Then click "Add Other Supported Item" ?.
Follow the on-screen instructions.

If you have already added other items, click the "+" sign at the top right and select "Add Other Items" ?.

How to Remove Items from the Apple Find My App

Navigate to the "Items" ? tab on the Apple Find My app.

Swipe left on the item you wish to remove.

Status: Unable to be linked ??

After removing the item from the Apple Find My app, the card will automatically shut down after 3 minutes. Subsequent relinking can be done by following the setup steps above.

Charge Your Card

Ensure the charging position is aligned with the wireless charger ?.

The indicator light will be orange ? while charging and turn green ? when fully charged.

Safe Electrical Disposal

Loshall is committed to environmental protection. When your device reaches the end of its useful life, please dispose of it at your local waste center for recycling and proper discarding.

How to Restore Factory Settings

Click the power button ? four times, then press and hold the power button for a few seconds. When the ringtone ? sounds and the light flashes white ?⚪ quickly, the process is complete.

2. Obstacles or large metal objects can interfere with the Bluetooth signal ?.
3. This product contains a built-in lithium battery. Do not place it directly on fire ? or near heat sources, as this may cause damage, malfunction, or danger.

Limited Warranty

Loshall offers a one-year limited warranty against product defects, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, product modification, or failure to follow instructions for use.

Important Tips

1. The battery voltage is 3V.
2. Obstacles or large metal objects can interfere with the Bluetooth signal ?.
3. This product has a built-in lithium battery. Do not place this product directly on fire ? or in any place near heat or fire, otherwise, the product may be damaged or malfunctioned, or even be dangerous.
4. The battery type is CR2032.
5. If the device is not working properly, try restoring the factory settings. If the device is still not working properly, please contact the manufacturer for assistance.
6. The product is water-resistant, not waterproof. Please do not soak it in water.
7. Do not disassemble the product, as this will void the warranty.
8. Do not use the product in extreme temperatures, high humidity, strong magnetic fields, corrosive gases, high dust, strong vibration, high pressure, strong impact, strong static electricity, strong electromagnetic fields, strong radio frequency interference, strong chemical contamination, strong biological contamination, strong radiation, or vacuum environments, as this may damage the product.
